I would give 0 stars if I could. The staff were disengaged and disinterested. The young blonde Venus that ?served? me did it with such visible contempt that I could almost hear her eyes rolling. Probably I upset her by interrupting her little chat with a colleague and making her do some work instead. She stood over me, literally breathing down my neck, when I was trying the shoes on. She had no knowledge about the product, gave me wrong information about sizing and shrug when I corrected her. Absolutely shocking customer service. Never again!

Lovely assistant who couldn't do enough to help. Had what I wanted which was brilliant as so often shops don't. Payment process was also seamless and effortless. Thoroughly recommend for their customer service.

I had a fantastic time shopping at Schuh. The range of different brands all in one store makes shopping so convenient. I was helped by a lovely staff member who went back and forth to get me various sizes and helped me sign up as a rewards member. I was very happy with my purchase and will definitely be back.
