Showed up with my son to get some shoes. Terrible service staff member is looking at their phone. I get told after we get to the second floor that they don?t do foot measurement for children. Last time I bother trying to get shoes for kids here. Going to Clarks

Avoid Sports Direct, it's a awful store with horrible customer service. Not to mention they have the a disgusting return policy. No refunds guys, doesn't fit. No refund. Unless the item is faulty its a complete joke.

One person only serving downstairs at the men's shoes! Poor guy ! Upstairs the shop assistant was not very knowledgeable about trainers and just generalised them as being good for anything and everything !

I have genuinely never been so shocked by lack of service. I actually left in tears. I only popped it to collect an online order. It took me over 15minutes to even get to the customer collection point as it?s located in the second floor and I had a toddler with me in a buggy. When I finally got up there and got my item, it was absolutely huge so I asked if I could see the next sizes down, I was directed to the next floor down? fab another 8 minutes waiting for the lift and finding someone to help. When I finally found a member of staff to help I was told ?it was not her job to find items in store for me and I could look myself?. When I finally found the World Cup shirts, they were on a rack a little higher than I could easily reach so I again asked for some help as my toddler was losing the will to live considering the length of time we?d been in the store. I was told no. And when I asked if she could check the stock I was told me there was no stock checking if it was there it was there. At this point I demanded for her to get off her high horse and help me to find the item. She walked over to the rack of shirts, turned around and said, ?nope? without even looking.At this point I asked for a refund, to which I was told I had to go back up to the second floor?. Off I went again, toddler screaming, up to the second floor, where I was told that I can?t have a refund. I can only have store credit. When I explained how rudely id been treated and I just wanted to get rid of this item so I could leave, I was told I had to deal with it online and I could pay another £4.99 for the pleasure of having it re delivered to the store. At this point with no help, and item which I couldn?t return, the present for my husband not now arriving in time even if I reordered it again today. I ended up in tears (utterly mortified)I will never shop here again, and I think several of your staff need some education in customer service. Absolutely disgusting!

We had a good time here. Plenty of shoe options for the whole family.While there is plenty of friendly staff, it was not that easy to find help in some sections. There is understandably a line between service and stalking, which needs to balanceOverall we got what we needed at a good price.

So unbelievably rude to customers it beggars belief. The amount of money I have spent at this place and to be treated like that is incredible. The manager and one particular member of staff was so rude and dismissive. If you don?t know how to treat people decently please find a job thats not in the service industry. Safe to say I will never spend another penny in sports direct again. What a shame.

If there was a 0 star review that?s what I would give to the treatment of customers. The lady who works there was very rude and unhelpful she rolled her eyes at me, after staring at me for a good 10 minutes I approached her she served me. When I approached the manger of the store to complain about his staff attitude he shooed me away and said I?m talking with my staff you and I will deal with u when I can. Well if the manger treats customer in this rude manner and has no clue about customer care the mannerism and respect one should give to customers well whatmore can one say about training his staff in the correct way. Absolutely appalled how this can be allowed and having looked at other reviews many customers feel the same way about this particular manager. Never going back to this store again.

As a regular customer I was shocked by the treatment of this young staff member by these customers who were a family of three a daughter mother and dad who not only openly threatened this young women but openly were bragging about how they would report her on google and get her ?cancelled? for doing her job I?ve never felt so sick and disgusted in my life . This poor staff member was just trying to do her job and looked now more than 17 and suffered racial abuse and this family tried to film her and take pictures of her to get her hassled online by a family who should of know better !!!!!! If that was my daughter I would be so mad !!!!! how could you treat someone like that?? As a father I hope this never happens to hes own child ???????

Really disappointed with the behaviour of the staff and the manager. I do a lot of shopping from Sports Direct. This was the first time that I needed to return an item. It was a top, one of many items which I purchased only 2 days ago. The top still had the tags and was completely new. Instead of helping I then received a lecture from the teenage staff saying they're not obliged to give a refund and how I should check online that's not a statuary right. They said the best they can do is exchange it. Other than the actual right to a refund, the tone was shockingly rude and condescending. When we approached the manager, the teenager was already wispering in his ears. As soon as we approached, the manager, basically shooed us away saying "I'm talking to my staff. Can you go away and I'll talk to you afterwards?!" The tone was unbelievably rude and I tbought with this kind of manager, it's no wonder you the staff that roll their eyes and behave in a passive agressive way. I would stay away from Sports Direct in Kingston. They really lack basic courtesy and respect for customers.

Went on Thursday to buy crocs. employee and customer service was really nice in helping me choose best choice and helped in finding sizing for me. really thankful alhamdulillah
