We were served by Adam at the Bentall store in Kingston. He was soooo helpful and kind, went in the back to find my size on several occasions with a smile on his face! Hopefully this is recognised by his managers as his customer service skills should be used in a higher position within the company!

The service in TNF Kingston is always superb.I don?t know his name, but on the receipt, the male shown as cashier 809327, with the sandy hair is fantastic.Always helpful, always cheerful, if he isn?t already, he should be the boss.Well done TNF
