I don't know the name of the young man that served me, I should have asked. The worst service imaginable, RUDE & cocky. I needed a SIM for a phone that I'd been given as the one in my iPhone wouldn't fit. The two members of staff were busy so I sat & waited. A few minutes later two young men entered the showroom, from a door at the back, one had a bike, they were chatting & eventually one of them asked me if I needed help. I explained the situation but I was told that couldn't have a new SIM without identification of either a driving licence of a passport. I was upset as I'd gone in to Kingston especially to sort out the phone 'He said I'm very sorry about that' & got up & sat down next to a young woman (staff) I think that he was rudest person I've had had the misfortune to be served by & he shouldn't be in retail. I went home to get my passport & looked online to see where there was another branch of Three, I went to Chiswick where thankfully I was helped people who know how to treat a customer.

apparently the young lad doesn?t like his job . So poor customer service. Im not happy at all . Talking to someone who doesn?t even look at my face while speaking . Like he doesn?t give a damn . Will never return again . I wanted to buy a sim card with three but i won?t with this lake customer service + lake info provided . I?d prefer paying abit more yo other companies who does respect their customers.

1 star at a push.Me and my partner have been having issues regarding change of contract ownership for the past 6 months. We have been continually lied to for 6 months and told that that Three have been migrating their systems and that changing a contract ownership is not something they can provide. However, in the shop itself we are told the opposite - that the migration has been completed and that we can only change ownership over the phone.When went into the shop to try and resolve this issue once again today and we were met with passive aggressive behaviour and attitude from the shop employees the minute we walked in. Then, when the manager came to ?assist? us with our enquiry, all he did was passive aggressively tell us to call customer service as the system migration has now magically been fixed - we later called customer service for the 6th time and were once again informed it has in fact not been fixed and they cannot help us with our issue.The manager made no effort to actively listen to our query, let alone provide us with solutions. I kindly and politely expressed my frustration, dissatisfaction and disappointment with the overall service we have received from Three and how we have been treated, however, the manager would not hear it and started to argue with me publicly in the store. I could see that he was beyond reasoning with so I walked away and as I left the shop he continued to heckle me.As someone who has worked in customer service for almost a decade, this is completely unacceptable on every professional level. And judging from the other reviews of this shop I?ve seen, this is not an isolated incident either. It is also evident as to why the shop is continually empty and devoid of customers.

Appalling service. Refused to give my elderly mum who travelled two hours a replacement simcard as she didn't bring it with her and demanded she returns with it so they can 'test' it. I was advised this wasn't necessary on the phone with Three, especially as they had conducted their own tests as had I, on multiple devices.Smells like one of their salesmen was trying to sell something to her instead. Pathetic service, on top of the abysmal mobile network speeds across Greater London. the only redeeming feature of Three used to be that it was by far the cheapest.

The worse experience ever.I was loyal customer for more than 2 years and it came time to renew my plan ,they was keep lying for more than 2 weeks. Was telling me its okay dont need to rush and every one of them was telling me different things,while i was waiting for the number to be activated again.Very bad customer service,they all too moody to talk and explain how the things should be done properly. Everybody there is so slow and they wait for the customer to do their job.Since this happened I changed my number and will definitely not comeback to three ever.

Staff are beyond rude,and racist! Lying to customers regarding services they offer! Saying it will cost less, than charge you more, nothing you can do about it! Have had two broken handsets,was within my 30 day period, but they refused to change the second handsets,after admitting it was faulty! Waited six hours fourty five minutes over a two day period to speak to a manager,who then I have on video saying he wasn't the manager! Someone else was, but he's never working! One guy called Paul, is rude to everyone he deals with! A big grown man hiding out the back so I couldn't get his name from his badge! Very professional! Something a toddler would do! Then had to ask on more than one occasion who the manager was, they didn't want to tell me! Do not buy any products without a contract or they basically rob you blind! Customer service don't have a clue! Was told three times by them that the phone should be changed, while in store! I've spoken to five people regarding my experience and three out of the five I spoke to had similar experience! A great way to promote three!! If you buy a product cash, u don't have a chance in hell! After two hours being on the phone they sent me to live chat,Ash ,the supposed manager said,it's nothing personal ,to which I replied,that statement makes me feel it is! And he ended the live chat,threw the phone at me, and said do it yourself! I tried helping! But is that not there job? They get paid for it! Disgusting people, disgusting service! Never been treated in such a disgusting manner by people paid to do a job, and not doing it! I warn anyone buying a phone for cash, DONT! In fact go to the second hand shop,better service, treated with respect and you get a twelve month warranty rather than a 30 warren they refuse to stand by!

I ve been with 3 over 15 years , but their customer service really bad . My contract ended last May 2023 , I ve renew my contract sim only but they still charged me £79.90 a month which is not right . I came to this store many times they said they would give me the refund for this but now they said there was a mistake because I didn?t transfer my number. Scam company

3mobile costumer for 8years, had an issue with one of my contracts and i walked into this brunch to see if someone could sort it out. usless.... a band of 6 man doing nothing, the company hires so many of them for what? ... one of them then said "just take a seat , you call the costumer service and they will see what is happening " ...really?

I am a loyal customer at Three company. I have been with Three for years the service has always been excellent. After Covid-19pandemic. I have recently experienced a low-quality of customer service ,not even a smile on the face was provided to make the customer feel relax & welcome. Some staff is moody and impolite in terms of behaviour such as body language and the way the speak to the guest. I understand everyone are tired. However, Three is the big company and I do believe they are able to maintain a high-quality of customer service if train staff correctly and continuously for its company own benefit and for a future development.

This place is a scam. They will tell you one offer for their sales to happen and then eventually they will change it and scam you with more money. I recommend not to us this at all

I was sold the wrong phone, should have got a 5G phone and it was 4G. The store was too busy to do a transfer service so didn't find this out after I did transfer service at home. Went back to the store and spoke to management and they offered to exchange but due to the time lost with transfer and settings I asked for a price reduction. Was promised credit back to my account but never happened. Next time I will go to the Feltham store for an upgrade, much more efficient.

The best Network avaliable. The service provided in the store was great!All team since I went to the shop showed a very professional and organised service which I was very pleased with. Left the store with my contracted upgraded and with an excellent customer service provided.

I have committed to an annual contract of £12 pounds per month, now they steal from the account directly £25 pounds, and when I contacted them more than a thousand calls, they told me that you must pay the increase for no reason. scammers Please be careful not to deal with this company
