On December 9th, 2023, I experienced and outstanding support from Mourya at Vodafone Kingston. Going beyond my expectations, Mourya demonstrated patience, answered all my questions, and exuded confidence. As a new customer, Mourya will undoubtedly be my go-to person for any Vodafone requests. thank you for his manager who provided him with the right training to provide an excellent service and experience for customers

I went into Kingston branch to change my detail Gabriel served me give me a better way as I have 2 different products an told me if I paid in one account I would get benefits by doing that very pleased with the overall service

My father went to them with an unlimited budget to simply get a new phone and to join vodafone. He bought the expensive new phone in cash and signed up for a contract. He was due to travel with me a day later.We got in the taxi for the airport only to discover his line was completely non operational as we switched it on.My father then had to endure 6 months of debt collectors harassing him while being abroad with a non working phone.Thanks to Vodafone Kingston specifically- my father lost all contact with the NHS which was and is URGENT let alone family, friends etc.He recently went back to the store where they gave him no time, patience or solution.I am hugely disappointed and urge anyone with a parent or elder to not got there to be helped. It is almost as if they wanted to make his life hell for nothing more than being a paying and easy customer.He is fully paid up, yet unable to access his number, keep contact with the NHS or function normally. He is already frail and in great need. This is unforgivable!

Please for the love of God if you have any self respect do not go to Vodafone . They tried hustling me out of money because I told them I was a student studying in the Uk from the USA and didn?t disclose that their contracts can be either one year or two years. They only gave me the option of 2 years after I told them the date I was graduating and tried hustling me for the highest rate of £25 withholding that the price increases each year . I asked this representative for the cheapest rate available because I?m a student and he said that there is no cheaper rates than £20 which is a lie . He tried pushing to get the most money out of me. Since I?m new to the country I felt like I didn?t have a choice but after speaking to a representative over the phone she informed me not only do they offer lower rates than £20 but they also offer 12 month contracts as well. He lied and tried being a nasty lying hustler. I?m not longer paying anything and am willing to go to court. I?d rather spend my money on a lawyer than a lying thieving sales representative. Nasty bunch of hustlers and the manager was super hostile and unfriendly when I disclosed I was tricked into signing the contact.they try getting the most money out of you as they can. I?m no longer going to be paying them and would honestly rather go to court than to deal with them. They?re not getting a single pence from me , a bunch of dishonest hustlers

Wonderful experience and honest advice. We had a lovely host called Callum who was very helpful in decided a monthly phone plan. He was very easy to talk to and seemed very knowledgeable about everything.

The sheer ignorance of the male member of staff on the so called help desk was beyond belief, time was 10.15 he was actually using his own phone when not bothering to sort out my problem, so rude, why is he employed by you?

Absolute con, agreed a price then find out they are conning me out if a further £25 every month!! Refuse to help me as they said their ?notes? say we agreed this!? **Update** Escalated this through a complaint and customer relations solved problem!
