The bouquet looks completely different from the photo. It was delivered late in the afternoon, although the morning delivery from 8 to 12 was paid for and booked.

We have been coming here for over 7 years. Either for a home plant, flowers to brighten up the weekend or something for a special occasion. The store is well displayed, prices are fair and affordable and Ray is very personable.If you?re looking for a florist in West London, highly recommend it!Try asking for a bouquet with a price amount and you will be amazed!

I was not able to receive my bouquet for over 1 week due to personal circumstances. The staff member I spoke to was fantastic and delivered specially on the only day I was available - with fresh flowers which were beautiful. I didn't get the chance to say thank you. Heartily recommend. Above and beyond expectations.

Unreasonably rude staff and complete lack of customer service. Won't be returning.P.S. I just read other reviews on here, and it seems like the only point the people running this place can ever make is that the staff working there have 30+ years of experience. You clearly have attitude problems, both in the store with customers and in your online presence. Not even able to reply politely to people's reviews. Absurd.

My favourite florist. They always make beautiful bespoke bunches and have great quality and variety of fresh flowers in season. They created my wedding bouquet and it was absolutely stunning. I can't recommend them enough.
