Since the new manger has taken over Shelley?s it has been a nightmare coming to this pharmacy. You don?t get all ur prescription you have to make sure that you check the bag before you leave. And when u do get threw it a sorry we forgot to put that in ur bag m. Then u try to call them and it busy for half hour you can?t get threw. You go to collect ur prescription, and they tell you that they don?t have the stock come back in three days.

I had an amazing experience at this pharmacy! The staff there were very caring and attentive to my needs. They went above and beyond to provide me with the information I needed and answered all of my questions with a smile. The service was top-notch, and the facility was clean and well-organized.I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for exceptional customer service. Keep up the fantastic work!

My god! What a shambles this pharmacy is since it?s been taken over. They messed up my prescription, I had to wait weeks, they said they were going to follow up with my GP to sort out the problem?they didn?t. The staff stand around chatting whilst studiously ignoring the customers and they refute what they?ve previously said when challenged. Oh and the shop is a complete bomb site!! The staff act like they?re doing you a favour. If I was on my last legs I wouldn?t use them again.I?m only giving them 1 star because you can?t post without any.

Was the best pharmacy but since Shelly has left it?s a joke, the lady who is running it had me waiting for over 20 mins why she was chatting away on her phone to a friend laughing giggling, it?s a joke I feel sorry for all the old staff as the place is so unorganised now!

Gone downhill since Shelley left .. closed early on Saturday so I?m left without medication even though it says 1pm on website , always long waits when you go in to pick up and no reminder texts to say it?s ready .
