“This store deserves a 5star purely for growth and improvements product availability and the wide range it stacks and very often has deals and it's the only store I can almost always depend on for having my favourite Vanilla Soya Milk. Many times I've been to Tesco, Sainsbury's and they're out of stock...but not here. Staff here are helpful attentive and friendly. Fresh fruits, gluten-free ice cream meat eaters and vegans and vegetarians, the lot! It covers it all here. Nisa Local is pretty much national. And the prices are fair it's a local convenience store....not a super store. Highly recommend ?G?”

“Having a snack page on Instagram (check it out at @thesweetspot_sv) and doing snack swaps with other countries, I've tried many different snacks from around the world. However, my favorite ones are from Germany and the UK. I knew when I came to the UK, I had to take a look to see what they had to offer. One of the stores I wanted to check out was Tesco. There was a Tesco Express near my hotel, but I wanted to look at what was available in the bigger store. While not exactly close, my kids were able to trek the 20 minutes from where we were and the 25 minutes back to the hotel. What troopers! Well, it was either that or no snacks for them! While I wouldn't exactly call this Tesco a "superstore" per se, it was a lot bigger than the express. It was basically a regular size grocery store. However, their selection of snacks was insane! I'll be honest, I didn't go thru any of the other aisles, but I'm sure they had a good supply of lotions and Kleenex, too. You know, just in case you're looking for those 2 things together. Just sayin'. Anyway, like I said, one aisle had all the candy, cookies, snack cakes and anything else that will give you diabetes. If that isn't enough, they have a huge selection of ice creams in another aisle, too! Including Kinder Ice Cream! Now, back to that snack selection. Of course, they will have a lot of Kinder and Cadbury items. But, they also have unique M&Ms and Kit Kats, that you can't find in the US. Not to mention other brands like Galaxy, Mr. Kipling, McVities, and Thorntons. Also underrated are the Tesco-branded snacks. They have unique flavors and the taste is that of any other name-brand item. Unless you are a snack freak like me, you can probably get most of your snack needs at any Tesco Express. Yes, they have a bigger selection, but of course, the more popular items are stocked up at the other stores.”

“I will be sharing this with Tesco head office and the national press . As of now I'm a British gas pay as you go customer, not through choice, seems my supplier has been bought out. I can only top up my gas and electricity at the post office or my local Tesco express in kennington. Today I encountered the worst customer service ever. The machine wasn't charged, the woman behind the till smirked, I'm a midwife that doesn't work 9+5 so rely on a a service that is meant to be provided. , I'm hoping she doesn't have children that need to be fed or bathed because I have never been treated as I was treated today. She refused to charge the machine, she smirked several times even when I sent my daughter to diffuse the situation.i spoke with the manager, I spoke with head office, I am a well paid professional and have never been treated like this. I have never treated anyone like this l.'m coming home to no gas or electric because your staff are rude, incompetent and and without conscious. Please don't tell me to organise,£ 20:00 a day doesn't need organising it needs an online payment. I will be taking my complaint further and suggest you identify the woman in the till as he refused to give her name service or to charge the monitor.Bear in mind the single parents you have forced into your ridiculous payment scheme that can't top up for their children, shame on youYou can reply or wait for your branch to be publicly shamed as your employee tried to do to me today.I will never shop with this store again”

“I am a local customer to this store and have seen a great change in the store over the last couple of weeks. The service from the staff has been fantastic and ypu can see a real change in comparison to what it was like before. Additionally, the new self service tills are quick and easy to use reducing the time it usually takes me whilst shopping at tesco.”
