My sister and I have had a wonderful experience at the Lewisham EE today.The worker Ravi was exemplary, his manor, appeoach and professionalism made us feel as though we were special.Thank you Ravi, I will now refer you to my family and friends.

Came in on my day off as partner ordered a sim only plan for his plug and play device. The sim was supposed to be delivered to our London address near my workplace but had never arrived although marked as delivered. We have arranged the new sim to be delivered to the store address to be picked up as advised by Customer service. They even gave us a tracking number for the delivery. When i got there, the attendant by the door told me to sit on the chair and someone would come and assist me. I ended up waiting for over 45mins for someone to speak to me. I explained my reason for visit but this guy, who was also the same one by the door previously just said ?we don?t get sim delivered here.? His manner of speaking and how he looked at me made me uncomfortable, as if I was just wasting his time. I even had him talk to my partner on the phone as he was the one who ordered and spoke to their customer?s service. He didn?t even check if there was actually a post delivered as per the tracked delivery EE gave us which was under my name. He kept on saying my partner should be present and they don?t have sims delivered to be collected. My partner defeated from talking to this guy on speaker phone not getting anywhere just told him if i could get a plan under my name as i was already there. I annoyingly said no out loud, cancel your plan with EE. I am happy with Three (my current network provider) and walked out.

Manager today in EE Lewisham was so disrespectful and belittling to his customers especially the Elderly and looking down on me for looking Asian. Very unprofessional Manager on 30/09/2023 at 11:30am.

Very polite service...too bad that with all that staff I was expected to wait to talk to someone at customer service on the phone, to help me ,so I walked out ,and was able to do just one click on There site ,instead of waiting at least 20 min. Before someone answers the phone

Unhelpful staff. I took my iPhone in earlier today because it was out of service. I was told to contact Apple instead. I purchased this phone on contract from EE. This is not the first time this branch has let me down.

The store was busy so I did something else then came back and was seen straight away. Very friendly service and good advice.

Pretty dire, considering EE are a multimillion pound company. Place could do with a complete refurbishment. Can't get an idea about handset size as they're so bolted into the furniture. Staff seem uninformed and lazy. In the end the lady told me to just get the package online because you get a cooling off period (14 days) whereas in the store you're locked into the contract from day 1!

The staff just handed me a phone to call the EE customer service number. The guy on the phone was shouting at me as soon as i got through to him like I had killed his child. What's the point in a physical store if they just pass you onto a rude customer service that I could have called sat at home. While I sat in the store being shouted at, the staff played games on the store console. Ugh.

This store needs to fire its staff. They are rude and needs training on how interact with customers with little decency. I was not asking for smiles or anything, I just want them to answer my questions without raising their voices and looking very annoyed.

open plan EE shop gets quite busy at times helpful staff for all your general inquiries I've used it for a few years when needed .
