22:53 the manager and security guard close the door and ask you out in a very unpleasant way while the store is still open! I think if the opening time says that the store is open until 11pm, then I have the right to go in and buy milk for the baby, not to be kicked out of the store by rude staff on last Saturday night! Very poor service for a regular customer. I do not recommend!

Don't order from this sainsbury on uber eats groceries. They consistently change the order WITHOUT your consent if they don't have your items in store (since they never update their stock in uber eats app). I called the store to request the order to be canceled despite they had just amended the order without asking (and I was checking my phone the whole time), and I was rudely told by the store manager that he is entitled to update orders at his wish without asking customers, and then he hang up on my face.Deplorable and disgusting customer service. I made a complaint to uber about this particular sainsbury.

Another memorable experience at this sainsbury local. No idea how they even have 3.6 stars.Rude staff, rude security guard that is always stood at the tills. The staff have ear sets which they talk to each other in- numerous times I?ve heard them talk about customers or there creeping up behind you like their on some army away day and the customers are the enemy. Lol. A real awaits you at the tills when you are greeted by the security guard? you will get starred down while you are are paying for things? then I sit and wonder why am I even here spending money. It?s an experience. I?ve never left this store feeling goodHonestly I would avoid this shop at all costs. Really. Walk over the road to Asda. Avoid

I honestly can?t believe how rude the staff is. But looking at the reviews I see I?m it the only one who had problems with this store. They take an hour before getting to your order and then send items you did not order.

Ordered 6 grocery items for delivery and the store decided on their own that instead of cancelling the order (or not accepting it in the first place) to send delivery of the two low value items. I end up paying for delivery and a surcharge for a low value order. I phoned up the store immediately when the app notified me they had decided to do this and they refused to cancel and sent it anyway. Ridiculous customer service. Their answer was, the system allows them to do this (unknown to me) as if that is all that matters.

Social distancing in store, and especially in the queues is really difficult. I have also found it difficult to get help from staff when the self checkout needs intervention. I spend more time by the tills than I do shopping, and the problem is getting worse.

Every thing was fine until, I reached the check out, there seems to be some new check out that have scales attached, to them, which made it not easy to check the items, I had brought. The items where a fair price, and the store was fully stocked. Next visit I think I will use the old style self service check out.

Have been In twice since the tightening of rules - last time being this Saturday afternoon. None of the builders from the construction site across the road had masks on. No-one at the door to challenge them and a blatant disregard of the rules.I was quite shocked as expected more fromSainsbury?s but may be a case of management turning a blind eye as to allow trade.

Really friendly staff, clean, has slightly less selection and range but it is just a small local shop! A little more expensive but there are always good offers available.

The most pisstake of a meal deal... only 2 rows of sandwiches... lowest I have any seen in any sainsbury's, and it is NEVER stocked up... all 4 visits... empty...
