You will have good days and bad days here like a random event.. on a good day you go in and come out but on a bad day, machines are down, printers are playing up and customers looking like Vegeta from Dragonball waiting in line to make a deposits or a withdrawal and ready to insult a slow member of staff

1 person working in the whole store , what an absolute joke this Halifax is always waiting super long everything I visit I don't usually do reviews but this is a definite must , all the people that are jobless, Halifax leabridge road employ more staff this is an absolute insult to your customers

Self service deposit machines barely works or always under construction. Staff are very slow and queues are very long. There are only 2-3 staff in the main cashpoint and talk to colleagues rather than being quick. If i could, i would prefer to do everything online as it was quicker. Don't come here unless you want to waste your time

Every single time Im in need of something apart from taking my money out, it goes wrong..every single time I do everything I can to avoid problems but workers at this branch are useless and they should be send to some additional training...my requests have been never dealt with in way they should. Recently Ive asked for card replacement and I wanted to make sure I'll have access to my account till new card arrive. Cashier confirmed that and then as soon as she ordered new card, my current one stopped working and she said " I cant do anything now" . So why she been lying to me that my curreny card will work and then telling me " I cant cancel the request"???!!! Ive been left without access to my funds or account for nearly a week. I could not even use online payments...Ive lost 2 days at work and pay charges for late payments because of that. TRAIN YOUR CASHIERS as next time I'll switch to different bank !!!

Been going to this bank for 22 years staff have always been helpful to me when I go there now everything is online banking donâ??t really need go much to bank. Can do everything on my phone now with Halifax app. ð???
