The place smelt very dirty and was filthy inside . The floor was horrific. All what what needed was a sweep and a mop. It was not busy and the staff was talking and laughing. I had the most terrible service by the Indian girl. No thank you, no please just cold customer service. When I got my meal there was a half filled packet of fries. The wings were over cooked and theZinger burger was also overcooked and ever so dry. Sorry KFC you have not just a customer to your Leyton branch but in general, if I was a manager id walk into McDonalds to see how customers are served and look at their portion sizes. Bye bye KFC

I come in here alot mainly on match days and it's always rammed and busy and the staff work very hard and fast to keep up they are very good at service and spot on with my order always. Considering the times I go in there it is very very busy they do well to keep up .

Absolutely disgusting, the restaurant was appalling, a drink was spilt on floor when I walked in, and 10mins later no one had cleaned it up after, I explained it was a health and safety issue. Tables were dirty and it was very overcrowded. Food was Absolutely disgusting. ( very shocked as KFC meals are very standard ) waste of my money ... 0/10

Ok chicken. Chips are pathetic - this seems to be the case in every KFC I go to. How can your chips be undercooked, soggy and never crispy? It baffled me how a multibillion pound business can?t make better chips than a local chicken shop? People have been complaining for a while now about their chips in general - why has there been no changes?Also, why was the fillet in my burger half the size of the bun?06/23 gave this place another go. Very disappointed, I refuse to believe I was served original recipe chicken, it was burnt, smelled funny, had no flavour in the breading and tasted of old oil - the chicken was dry and difficult to chew, most went in the bin. I have uploaded a picture.Also, the shop had no serving trays, no sauce except for ketchup, no salt. Customers kept returning having to ask for these things which should have been thrown in the bag. It was a shambles.

This branch of KFC knowingly, and deliberately, miss items from orders. It happened to me last night when fries were omitted from my meal. I challenged this, and the woman serving me simply said fries don't come with the meal, which is a lie. I left without fries as I couldn't be bothered to have another argument with the staff. Another time when I was with my wife we had a very difficult time persuading them to give us fries, and when they did, they removed a couple of hot wings from the order (which we didn't realise until we got home). There is a persistent pattern of dishonest behaviour from this branch, amounting to theft. It's criminal.Avoid this place. If you do go here, get a receipt. If they give you a difficult time, film them doing it.1/7/23 update: Still up to their old tricks. I've had a few orders from this branch which were fine, but just now they missed two hot wings from my order. It's not a hard job. They're doing it deliberately. AVOID these thieves.

It would have made me much happier if I was able to give any stars at all.The hot wings was missing from my order. I don't understand how the restaurant can be so careless while packing the orders. I hope they know the fact we are paying for the orders and we are not buying anything for free. Very bad service.if anyone craving for KFC please remember never visit this branch. They don't even pick any calls .Kindly change all the staffs. They are very rude and unethical. Both they are not good in the restaurant as well as delivering the food. Worst KFC Branch EVER .

After taking the order they quickly brought our number to screen to collect and it was vanished from the screen ,after few minutes. But the order wasn?t done and we have been asking and they been ignoring us. Unacceptable and unprofessional staff. Please stop misleading customers.
