Please wash the sample shirts, they emit an awful smell and are not in any condition to touch human skin. I went to try on a few shirt sizes and all 3 absolutely stank. I went here to exchange a shirt, the lady at the till told me her manager might not let me exchange because I opened it, apparently sometimes you?re not allowed. Even though I folded it all back perfectly (I once worked retail). Luckily I was allowed to exchange but to think some people are refused refunds because it?s open is unjust. How are you meant to know if it fits.Another concern is the stock levels, they don?t have a full selection even though they?re a pretty big store with two floors. The staff aren?t that friendly, and don?t communicate well. The store could be very quite but the service is still slow and hard to find. I only visit here because of the convenience and easy parking. If you need to return or collect, this is the store. I don?t recommend coming here to browse.

Worst customer service..A lady her name is *Lakshmi* she is so rude to the customers as well as to the workers..She was shouting to the workers in front of customers.. Very bad experience.

Worst customer services ever I didn?t expect it from this renewed shop like nextThe lady in the mens section probably the mamager behind till are just terrible rude she dint even know how to talk with customer. I asked her for a product size & the reaction she give was like i asked her for her kindey?Also she closed the fitting areat at 6 & I clearly heard she told her staff she dont care aviut anything no one can?t enter the area i was refused to use the fitting area

Genuinely thought the woman (South Asian) in menswear till is on the spectrum, went to try on waistcoats & exchange with one I brought earlier that day from another store so grabbed 3 different sizes, I hear ?Are u seriously going to try 3 sizes?AnywaysI come back from changing rooms and put both the item I wanted & the one I brought earlier on the table only to be met with passive aggression and weird prolonged eye contact, she proceeds to waste my time looking at my waistcoat for ages, then says you?ve creased it I can refuse your exchange showing me the receipt, bare in mind the creases are minuscule you?ll barely notice them. I end up getting the exchange, but left confused was it a fight she was looking for or just her weird sense of humour. I work alongside retail staff on a regular basis & can sympathise and understand when it comes to handling all manner of issues and customers which is why I was dumbfounded why someone would intentionally try and make customers uncomfortable.

The worst experience. I went in to buy a suit and from the beginning a worker (not going to say the name) was eyeing me the whole time. Its like she thought I going to try and steal things. I noticed the rest of the customers she was being very fair with but with me just giving me looks and stares eyeing every move I did. That was odd. The second thing that happened was the attitude, I noticed that with other customers she would have a conversation with them and ask them what their purchase is for etc, but with me? nothing but cold looks and her body language looking like she didn?t want to be there and serve me. Finally was the payment, I gave her a NEXT card which was a family members but she declined it saying because it?s not mine. That was fair but what confused me was I had paid with the exact same card many times before hand. I?d give them the card they?d swipe it and I?d leave with my items except this time I left with disappointment. I had called the store manager and told her how I?m failing to understand why I was able to pay with it many times before at the same till but now I was not. She said ?whoever did that shouldn?t have? which brings me to believe these staff are not trained properly yet they make it seem like it?s my fault and I should have known. My experience here was shockingly bad and hope when I come again if I ever will, I won?t get eyed the whole time and I will be treated like all the other customers. I also hope the staff will be trained in a way where everyone retains the same information.

Visited the store to collect parcel. I went straight to click and collect station and started entering my order details, suddenly the sales assistant approached me and asked me what I was doing in an unpleasant manner. I explained that I would like to collect my parcel and she said that I?m entering my email address wrong even though it was correct. Then she insisted to enter my surname which I did and she started literally shouting that I should not be entering my name but surname which I have done at the first place. Incredibly rude and no customer service at all. It is absolutely outrageous to talk to customers like that for no reason. Also the store was rather empty and her fellow coworkers were just standing and staring at the scene.Would never visit this store again!

Very bad customer services by a female staff today, went in to exchange my wife jacket to a smaller size. At the ground floor i waited 15 minutes just to be told to go up stares to be seen by another staff as she has her hand full with missing parcel, So went upstairs to be seen and staff member working at mens section, A female with very bad attitude along with her sarcastic comments which took me by surprise ?.To top things off she got another staff to serve me for my refund as they did not the that particular jacket in store.This branch be monitored by individual customer service monitoring team to assess the quality of customer service as its beyond joke's.

Always good service, but it's a small shop and doesn't have a lot. I usually get my collect orders there for convenience.
