Why do you never have eggs? Why do you sell 16 types of butter/spread but only one type of pastry? Why is the milk and chicken never available on a Sunday? These are just a few examples of how you don't have essential items... Most of the time, I go to local stores that have so much more in stuff people actually need, rather than Christmas promos and cheap wine glasses...

Busy supermarket and poorly managed! They always decide to restock the shelves at the busiest times and there?s barely space for the customer to walk around specially when gets busy! There?s boxes lying everywhere in the floor all days, this is poor management carelessness and a health and safety hazard! Someone needs to change the management of this supermarket.

Usually get the basics from here. Sometimes the small extras like veg and fruit. Very convenient. But some items are pricey compared to the supermarket.

The store hygiene is on the decline. I previously report another issue in the past. Today was shocking when I saw lots of small insects flying over bakery. Spoke with manager and he was aware yet food items were not covered. On my asking, he closed the shelves.

The staff are great. But there just aren't enough of them and those in there are snowed under. So it can take ages in there. Not good when you're in a rush. And the cashpoint usually doesn't work. So basically, short on staff, long on queues. Best avoided if possible

Security guy is a wannabe rent-a-cop couldn't make it as a real one, taking his failures out on everyone else.

I've been a customer since it opened. I love the staff in the store until today. I can't do big shops and my mobility is poor. I usually buy about a bag full of goodies on the odd occasion. I choose not to use the machines as I need help with packing and usually, if I ask for a bag and obviously walking with a stick I don't expect to have to go and find the bag then after I put it under the screen where the boy is putting my shopping, instead he ignored the fact I needed help. I couldn't even manage opening the bag without his help. So, he left me having to reach through and pick up all my shopping and bag it. Because of this before I got there, there was only one person on the till, I need help so I use the 'manned till.' instead, tonight I had a long wait to be served because he wasn't helping anyone and I have to say, he simply wasn't up to the Sainsbury's standard I've come to know. If you are going to refuse to help the disabled when they shop, just remove the tills, make the staff stack shelves and only have automatic machines, because tonight, that was how I felt when I left. I walk past Asda, local markets and a tesco is just up the road. Its not like I don't have choice. I choose to shop at Sainsbury's I would like to carry on but please be careful who is on the till if you have a disability. Some are far less helpful than others.

DONT EVER SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!! The treatment at this store by the security and store manager is absolutely awful. I am 5 months pregnant, have several disabilities, and for some of my disabilities I have been issued an emotional support dog. Today, I tried to do my grocery shopping at this store and was screamed at for about 25 minutes by the security guard about how he can't see my disability therefore I don't have one and my dog "doesn't look like an assistance dog" so I am not allowed in. After I tried to explain myself, he called over the manager, Mustafa Aden, who also proceeded to scream at me and treat me with such discrimination. I have also made a complaint to corporate. This behavior is unacceptable.

Terrible service. I waited in line to pay for an energy drink, as the machine will make you wait for approval anyway. Cashier girl ask me for my ID. I said I?m nearly 40 and it?s an energy drink. She said I look young then smirked. Thank you for thinking I look young, appreciate that, but I don?t look like a 16 year old though. The manager came and didn?t even acknowledge me just told her to run it through.
