I bought my new washing machine here. Nayer sorted out the dodgy pipework from my old one and did a great job connecting it. Very much better service than I got from the 'never knowingly undersold' store.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. Ordered it on the Saturday and it was delivered on the Monday and at a very competitive price. A service to rival Amazon.!! Delivery men were very helpful when delivering my freezer to my elderly father. Nothing was too much trouble and they unpacked the item and helped my dad with installing it.

I am a local landlord and a cooker failed unexpectedly, leaving tennant without means to cook. All the other local firms were quoting a week, but Wanstead were able to move things around to get a replacement cooker installed and old one removed the same day, so the tenants didn't even miss their dinner. Owner was friendly and easy to deal with. On my list to use again if needs be.
