Head-Office must employ a good wine-buyer.Till staff have slightly grumpy tendencies in my experience. Helpful...but seemingly uninspired with the task placed in front of them.”

“I have seen multiple posts on here about the bad customer service people have received at this Tesco Express store but for me the customer service was excellent. A lady with glasses who I believe had Carribbean ancestry helped me with one of the machines that weren't working. So quick, friendly and efficient. I'm not sure if she was the store manager but she came across very knowledgeable.”
