Rude Black women that works at the store needs to learn some manners. I went there recently when the first day of mask wearing came into effect. Unfortunately, I wondered in without a mask and the shop assistant was extremely rude to me. I managed to find a mask at the bottom of my bag, when she shouted: ?So you DO have a mask..?!?. Her attitude was a big problem. A lot of people have made complaints about the staff at this store and I for one, will most certainly not be going back. Please can you investigate this woman as she seriously needs customer training.

I love Jojo Maman's clothes but the staff at this location leaves something to be desired. They are so rude.I went to buy a gift and from the beginning I was told not to let my litlle girl touch anything. I understood this aspect with this virus situation but the lady there kept telling me this and at one point I didn't look at what I had to buy, I was pay attention only to my little girl because that lady keeps looking at us. It's a children's store, it's normal for parents to come shopping with the little ones and they are curious they want to touch things. It was very stressful and I felt pressured.

Visited the Wanstead branch to make an exchange or credit note for an item brought as a present for my baby boy, pre lockdown. The item is brand new, tags on and I have a gift receipt.The manager rudely refused to do anything, simply saying ?no? and shaking her head.The government told people not to travel unnecessarily during the lockdown, I do not live near a JoJo?s and hence couldn?t easily get to one until today. I explained this to the manager and showed her that the item could easily be sold again and she just shook her head.Terrible customer service, which is a shame because I love JoJo?s clothing.

Very bad customer experience, I will never go there and will not recommend anyone go there, I am not sure if she is a manager, her name is Fung Lan, her attitude is so rude, I was asked to go out to wait by very rude attitude, gosh, how come they can manager the business by this kind of attitude!

Run by Karens!It's so sad to see high street shop, which has a great brand ruined by rude, poorly trained, unhelpful staff.Myself and the wife love the brand and have bought quite a bit from there for our 1 year old. However, my recent in shop experience pretty much echo's most of the other comments on this feedback thread.I purchased an item before lock down, I returned after lockdown to return the item with the receipt and in the original bag which clearly says I could exchange (for context this item was about £10 and a duplicate gift I wanted to exchange for something else)Just to reiterate, , the item was still in it's bag, with receipt, unused, and it said on the receipt I could exchange any time.Conversation goes a little like this:Shop Keeper Karen: "6 Months ago, this is way too long, we can't exchange"Me: Oh, but it doesn't say that on the receipt, and there has been a lockdown.Shop Keeper Karen: No, six months are way too long.Me: Ok, what is the limit?Brief Pause while Karen generates a random numberShop Keeper Karren: Ok, 3 months.Me: Oh right, but if I came in without a receipt you would exchangeShop Keeper: Yes.Me: Well can't we just forget about the receipt and exchange.Shop Keeper: No, of course not.I think at this point my head exploded with a combination of confusion and disbelief of the stupidity of the person I was dealing with.I ended up just going to another JoJos and exchanging there.Feedback to head office- Provide more training to staff.- Review staff and ensure they are polite and courteous.- Maybe have some secret shoppers go in.

Ohh my God the worst customer service. The manager is very very rude.My husband and I went with our two kids to purchase 2 pair of shoes for my two years old daughter. We always shop online but this we said let?s try from the local shops. Walking inside the shop wasn?t comfortable at all i know because of the covid there are mesures to take but the manager was ordering us don?t let your daughter comes out from the buggy which we did and when we ask to try a pair of shoe she said we are not allowed even there is no note inside the shop about that . We asked to see the new policy she said it?s for the staff not for customer. So I just walked outside with my daughter and let my husband choose the pairs. Unfortunately when he came he got the wrong size because the sizes were not conform. And she said we can?t exchange it because she tried them. So because of her we spent 45£ for nothing. My daughter ended without shoes so I had to go to Clark?s and got her the right size because I could try them before buying. I would never walk inside that shop again. It was unprofessional and rude. That store needs a big changement in term of stuff especially the manager she is very direct , 000000 customer service

Extremely rude staff and poor customer service. Please, provide your staff ( wanstead branch) with extra customer service training. I love brand, but i avoid it now. Atmosphere in the shop is very unfriendly, specially when you come in to the store with a child. ( irony of brand specialising for parents with kids).

I love Jojo Maman Bebe?s products and would have used my local store much more often if its staff wasn?t so rude and unwelcoming. At first I thought it?s only me but reading other reviews it?s clear that there is big attitude problem which probably comes from a store manager setting a bad example for other staff
