Been waiting at home for the parcel the whole day to find an email in the evening that there was a failed delivery attempt due to my absence?! The email also said the postman left a missed delivery note in my mailbox which I'm supposed to use to get my parcel from the office but said note arrived FIVE days later. By that time I had to schedule a second delivery (obviously, because without the note they wouldn't give me my parcel at the postoffice) and again no knock on the door, no phone call, no leaving my stuff in the designated safe space, NOTHING! Just a new email about failed delivery attempt... ?

Do not trust the times!!! The opening times that shows up online are wrong. I went to pick up my parcel today (on a Wednesday) and this morning it said it re-opens in the afternoon 4pm-7pm. When i left work that information was changed ON THE SAME DAY and i wasted my time. Do better.

My parcel was mysteriously locked in a delivery van today and inaccessible for pick up, because the member of staff with the keys did not show up for work... so we were told. The office staff promised to call when the situation is resolved, however this never happened and when I tried to reach them by phone the central Royal Mail office claimed that there is no phone in this branch and there is no means for me to get in contact with them directly.
