My recent shopping spree was good. The prices were great and some got up to 50% discount. last but not the least the customer service was great the CSR if i recall her name correctly " Sana " listened to me and my demands and fullfill it without any issue. She is great in explaining things and giving me right advise. I highly recommend Superdrug to everyone.

Staff have very poor customer service skills not polite at all been coming to this store for years it never been like this before the store manager Depika especially, ther was very long queue 1 till open, when she decided finally to open another one ther was no apologies, no smile no hello,..very bad

One female member of staff was aggressively trying to make me buy extra products being promoted on their counter; after I had already paid for my items. She would not take no for an answer. When I eventually made it clear I did not want or need them, her tone became unpleasant. I don?t think I will be visiting this Wanstead store again, even though it?s my local, and I genuinely love shopping at the Superdrug stores.

One of the staff member was extremely rude. First, when persistently offering the products on sale I didn't want to buy. She asked if I wanted to try it out three time and three times I kept saying "No, thank you". Then when she was trying to give me change everything happened so fast I couldn't understand all the manipulations with the coins, and asked to explain she was condescending enough to teach me how I should or shouldn't pay. In the end, when I was leaving she dropped the most menacing "Have a lovely day" I could here in a London store. I have no idea why I deserved such treatment. Just because I didn't want a cheaper toothpaste and is not so quick in dealing with change?

Majority of the staff are polite but Superdrug has changed, they have become so pushy on up-selling their products at the till! They never used to be like that, it makes me feel so uncomfortable and awkward.

Plenty of stock. Staff could try and be a bit more friendly and in turn with there customer, and not looking at there phone and chatting to there co workers.

Very bad experience I had in this store I?m very disappointed with staff this is my local store there is two short Asian girl and one white guy they extremely rude they gossip about customers in front of them and make them feel uncomfortable i spend nearly 200 and they have problem with that and they keep asking why you buying this and make me feel uncomfortable I really get upset all day because of them this store really need to change this staff even this is my local branch but I?m going to prefer far away store next time because of this rude staff

Extremely helpful and friendly staff! I was looking for skin care amongst other things and I was thoroughly assisted in making skin care choices as well as getting Insight on what was popular (I ended up getting Nip and Fabs glycolic fix) and trying out a tumeric night clay which was recommended also! Altogether a great store
