Great location for a stop in London. Paddington station is a few mins away yet hotel is in quiet location. Had a basement room with walk out patio. Lovely and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

****UPDATE: Unfortunately I had to repost my review with an update because the management team at this hotel has decided to accuse me of lying despite the photos attached to my review. They also must have forgotten about all of the documentation I emailed to them immediately after my stay, and the video I have of us walking through the room WITH the maintenance and front desk staff. They claim they have reached out to me with no response and that I've added to my list of damages when in reality I have documentation of all of their emails which say nothing more than "I apologize for the delay but I've relayed the message to the appropriate teams". Why would they continue to apologize for their delay if I was the one not responding to their emails? They asked for a list of items and prices (all items listed are also conveniently shown in the photos so it's impossible for me to have added items that were not actually damaged) which I delivered promptly but there was no other response from them regarding items damaged. I would have much more respect for this establishment if they had just ignored my review, but to respond and accuse me of lying when I have all of the documentation (including a video of all of us walking through the room viewing the damage) is abhorrent behavior. Do NOT stay at this hotel or you risk this being your experience. Unfortunately I will now have to take this matter to people above the onsite management team, since they seem incapable of handling a situation like this in a mature or professional manner. I also encourage you to read how the manager responds to every negative review with absolutely zero accountability. A big red flag. **** I waited months after my stay with this hotel to write a review, hoping they would rectify the situation, but that has not happened so I am writing this review. We left our room the morning of check out to grab a quick coffee. We came back to our room no more than an hour later and realized our overhead light was not working. We walked further into the room with our phone flashlights on (no natural light in the room for the basement level) and found our desk covered in water, and every electronic we had (iPad, headphones, external hard drive) on the desk completely soaked. We looked up and realized the water was coming from the ceiling above the desk so we immediately told maintenance/front desk staff. They informed us there was a water leak in the room above us. Unfortunately we had an international flight that day and couldn?t stay to handle it but the front desk staff assured us they would handle the situation, especially if anyone of our electronics were damaged (they all were) so we took the contact info and rushed to the airport. Multiple unanswered emails were sent, so we finally called the hotel and eventually got in touch with the manager. He apologized and said he would pass the situation on to the relevant teams?well it?s been over 6 months and nothing has happened. Every email I send is answered with a generic apology for the delay and that they are waiting to hear back. Over $2, 000 worth of personal property ruined and nothing was done about it. Practically double what I paid just to stay at this hotel. Pictures of the room and belongings attached, in case someone from the hotel wants to finally do something about this.

Excellent hotel, excellent position. Very good value for money... The room is adequate in terms of spaces, I loved the multi-jacked and USBs already in the room. Pleaseant common spaces. very good and various breakfast, excellent check in and check out experience. Walking distance to underground and railways station (Paddinton), the hotel is located in a very silent and lovely small square with a private garden in its middle. Hyde Park is reachable in less than five minutes on foot. Highly recommended.

The location is excellent and the staff are helpful. It only takes about two minutes? walk from Paddington Train Station. There?s a good restaurant in the hotel and many other dining options nearby.

Very happy with the wonderful location, amenities and comfortable rooms in this hotel but stand out was the amazing service. We stayed twice in a 2-week period and this was acknowledged. Itgel was especially attentive and professional. Breakfast was fresh, delicious and the staff friendly and attentive. Will definitely stay again.

This is a great hotel. Superb location close to the underground. Room was very clean, small but adequate. Very nice touch was the complimentary wine, water, drinks, biscuits etc. I loved breakfast served in the Bella Italia restaurant, that services this hotel and the sister hotel next door. I can honestly say, that?s one of the tastiest full English breakfast?s I have had in years! Very, very nice. We had a dinner in Bella Italia too and that was also delicious. Obliging staff. All perfect.

Worth staying for one night if you travel via LHR as very close to the Paddington train station to jump into the Heathrow Express. The standard king room is very small but clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast is ok, served in the Italian restaurant of the hotel. May consider returning .

Pefect for our concert at Hyde Park. Newly refurbished, stylish boutique hotel overlooking a green, relatively peaceful square in central London. Very comfortable, stylish room. Lovely staff. Special thanks to Imed, the manager ... excellent service. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel. The rooms were very clean and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a lovely part of London. I enjoyed my stay very much. The beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend

This is my fifth stay at this hotel. I love it. I got a fantastic room for a week and I was given an upgrade. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The room on both stays I had in June was nice, clean and comfortable. I used the gym once because it was so hot outside and it was great too. It?s 2 mins walk from Paddington station and Hyde Park is about a 4 min walk away. Lancaster Gate station is about 3 mins away. I always have a lovely time when I stay here, I highly recommend. It?s not cheap but nothing is in London. Hope to be back again soon.

Very accessible hotel . Staff were very friendly and room and bathroom clean . However we were in a basement room for 3 and we?re kept awake all night by constant noise above us , this being a reception area. The 3rd bed was a roll in type which had a thin mattress on , so you could feel the springs . Only 1 English tea bag between 3 of us, although there was complimentary water cola and orange juice . Based on sleep quality I would not stay again . Used the Bella italia attached to the Hotel for breakfast which was abismal service and hard poached eggs avoid.

The hotel looks amazing, everything looks so clean, every room is so cleaned, the staff are amazing. If you ask them to bring you something or to change the sheets on the bed they are so helpful. 100% i will go back to this hotel where everything is so clean. and specially if you have a baby. And you want him to be safe and healthy

Great location, super helpful staff, nice rooms, and a functional little gym. We really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms are small, but still comfortable. Nice extras - like providing free drinks in the in-room fridge and nice snacks. They also have a small bar in the lobby, so we took a nightcap up to our room every night. :)

Quality of fittings in room and standard of decor throughout hotel very good. Room smaller than I would have expected for a standard (not a cosy ) king. However now I know what a 20 sq m room looks like!. The heating/cooling controls impossible to understand even after spending ages on google. It was cold on arrival and couldn?t get it to heat up. Next day late afternoon it was so warm and couldn?t get it to cool down so tried to open door onto balcony where there was a table and chairs waiting for me and a glass of wine. Despite a handle and security chain on the door the secondary double glazing prevented it from opening. In a nutshell, hotel lovely but would benefit from a common sense approach to heating and ventilation. Even for London the room is expensive for the size.
