Yesterday, I visited your Westfield store in Shepherd's Bush in search of a specific type of jeans. Unfortunately, I could only find a shorter version of what I was looking for. However, Elena, the only shop assistant who approached me, asked if I needed any help. I explained what I was looking for, and she was extremely helpful. She immediately went to check and came back with the exact pair of jeans that I was looking for. Without Elena's assistance, I would not have been able to find what I was looking for and would not have made a purchase.

Helpful in store staff and decent prices but if you buy an item here and live far and need to return it due to defects they insist you drive all the way to them and hand it in. They do not accommodate for postal returns, which is ridiculous given that their stores are only in Manchester, London and Edinburgh. The journey to their store takes me 2 hours. So it will cost me more to drive there or catch the train than the cost of the item. Basically wasted £60 on a defective item I can't return. Ridiculous.Edit: in the end customer services just gave me a refund over the phone.

Russa was extremely friendly and helpful. I found some trousers that loved and she said they had been sold out for a while as a lot of people liked them too, she still went to the warehouse the double check and said found a last one. She was helpful in explaining the different fits and discounts available at the time. The atmosphere in this abercrombie is always nice.

I went in yesterday and the girls in the changing room were gossiping loudly about the rota and completely ignored me. After 5 minutes I interrupted them and said 'Hi can I go in?' and she just said yeah. The lights in the changing room have a mind of their own and keep dimming uncontrollably - the store on Regent street you can control the lights so I'm not sure if these ones are broken? Then when I went to pay, there was an electrician / tradesman there obviously to do work at the store, the woman on the till completely ignored me and walked away to do something else (she wasn't talking to the tradesman) and the tradesman ended up pointing out I was there. Feels like the store is being run by teenagers and they need adult supervision.

I used to love this brand and still do. However the service I received was awful. I was very annoyed and took to X (twitter) to complain however only verified r accounts can send a message.

Nice store. Nice clothes. More of a premium side. This also means they come with a pretty big price tag. Seemed a little understaffed. The cashier said that if we provided her our details and sign up to their member program we would receive £10 off our purchases however after we realised it wasn?t the case which was unfortunate. Staff were friendly though.

Absolutely uphauling customer service. The online web site does not give full information on sizing for blazers when they specify petite, regular and tall. I asked via online chat, they said oh we don't know but we will take your email and get back to you. No they didn't. I stupidly placed the order. It took almost a week to get it delivered to their shop. Went in, and of course it didn't fit. The assistant found another item for me. To I go ahead with the refund and purchase a new item at the same time via paypal. But I get home and realise the colour is not right, couldn't tell in the shop. Took it back for a refund and they point blank refused. Only a credit because it was an exchange. But it wasn't. So I explained it all. No sizing and bought something else. They said the till person put it through as a refund. I was not told that.I asked for a refund then to pay via paypal again.I waited while the store manager called the head office for about a whole hour. Can you believe that?Making someone wait an hour to give their money back for an item they now had back and put right back on the shop floor in front of me!!!After all that and they then said I had to call customer service myself!!! Can you believe that? No reception in the store. I was FORCED to take a credit note with a refund.They treat people like dogs. Worse. Don't buy their clothes they are ripping customers off. And the online website is a joke. The online chat doesn't get back to as they promise. And instore managers have no discretion on what they call company policies.I wish I never found their website and I will never ever buy from them again. I called customer service and waited over 15 minutes, then asked to speak to the supervisor as I was told to do in the shop and then waited another 5 minutes only to be sent to voicemail!SHOCKING.
