Just a quick recommendation to visit Vicky and Daniel in the St Paul?s, London branch of Accessorize to experience first class customer service skills. Both staff were helpful, friendly and resolved my issue with a faulty product quickly and without fuss. Really impressed as my money was refunded despite me not being able to produce my receipt and was returned immediately. If only other shop?s had such sensible policies but also had great employees like the two I dealt with. Happy customer who will return and spend again!!

This store DOES NOT open at 8am. Tried to go at 8.15am twice in two weeks to find the store shut.Wasted to trips there and once I eventually made it in, staff manners are a bit hit and miss. Some are nice whilst others could do with some customer service training.

Visited my favourite Accessorize today. I get my ears pierced by the lovely Fesina. She is amazing, friendly, funny and so helpful. I wont let anyone else pierce my ears. Fesina is great!

If you plan on getting piercings come here and see Fesina. I had mine done last week and I tell you she's incredible, very polite, precise and the outcome was just perfect!

Popped in earlier to have my ear pierced for a third time (lobe only - nothing complicated). Haven?t had a piercing done in more than 20 years and the staff could not have been nicer or more reassuring. Did not hurt a bit (have had more painful injections to be honest) and was in and out in 15 minutes. Ever so pleased. Good selection of well priced earrings a available, helpful and friendly staff on hand and a pain-free experience. What?s not to like?!

Excellent service. The best I've had in a store for a long time. Friendly, welcoming as soon as you walk in (but not overbearing) and very efficient. Both the ladies working the store were also really cool. And you get 15% off any other purchases you buy in store when you collect.

They were so sweet to me! Was sent on a last ditch effort to get a black pashmina this evening. We'd called ahead to check they had one in stock but the shop was closing soon. Finally managed to get a taxi and made it just as the last customers were leaving. It was probably already after six, the door was locked and I was told they were closed. But when I explained I was here to get the pashmina, the lady very kindly let me in to purchase it. She was very courteous even though I'd probably delayed her journey home and I'm very grateful.
