Avoid like the plague. Extremely pretentious and pushy sales people. Particularly the blonde girl with Australian type accent? I walked in looking to browse and they immediately approach and almost try to push you into purchasing something because they clearly want to impress the manager. Very obnoxious for what is supposed to be a ?luxury? brand. Go to space nk instead. They are nicer in there.

I used to love this brand. Products & service were great. I have been a customer for a long time & I have significant supplies of their product. It?s my go to gift also.Not anymore. I wanted to make an exchange without a receipt. An exchange not a refund. I was going to buy more stuff. They refused.I?m done. See customer experience is also about what we do to make customers feel good, not being policy fixated.

I am a long-term Aesop customer bringing my love to the brand all the way from Singapore to London.I stopped at this boutique to buy a hand cream. I have been using this particular product for over 5 years. The consultant started insisting I used the product in a wrong way (though I mentioned I was perfectly fine with it).So he ended up warning me that I shouldn?t blame Aesop in several years when my skin gets bad because of what I was doing ?I guess, the consultant was clearly shocked with my attitude of using a hand balm on my face. I am sure he was acting with a good intention trying to warn me of consequences. But there could be a better way of doing it (rather knowing when to stop).Also I wasn?t offered any samples to try at the checkout (which previously encouraged me to buy some new products).Several days passed since the purchase, the situation keeps coming back to my mind every time I pick my favourite cream?(maybe I am just scared to see my skin turning green??).??Morale:Apart from the long-lasting bitterness, the whole Aesop premium experience was missing this time. I hope to get it back next time but definitely in another boutique.

I usually use cold water to wash my face, but ive tried a product and felt like i had soft baby skin. After 1 mont i was in the cue to buy the product.
