Small, nice gym. No gym bros, fitfluencers or creepy stalker dudes here, just people of all ages getting their lift on and focusing on themselves. Am a small woman exercising by myself and have yet to feel unsafe. Jason is a great trainer! Highly recommend.

Excellent facilities at multiple locations around London. Gyms are on the smaller side but never too crowded not have a good workout. Good, well maintained equipment.

If I could refer any gym, it would be this one. The employee's are more than helpful. I'm always welcomed with a "hello", from Shaz and Steph. There also always up for a good chat. The gym has plenty of equipment to choose from and very well maintained. A perfect gym to go to after/before work.

No frills gym, equipped with everything you need for a good work out. Machines are fairly new and the work out area is always clean. Open 24/7 and conveniently located in the heart of the city, just between Blackfriars and St Paul?s.
