Daniel and Safid were amazing today! I had my phone stolen and they helped me get a new phone and set it up with everything that was on my old phone! And reassured me about everything. Amazing team members!

I brought in my phone for Apple to repair the fact that it wouldn't vibrate since I bought it, it was either on the loud setting or on mute. They ordered in a new part for me which took a few days and replaced it and I came back 3 hours later to pick up my phone and still it wasn't vibrating. The Apple rep who brought me my phone then went to check with someone else who proceeded to try and gaslight me into saying my phone was fixed and he could feel a vibration (which was only the phone moving because of sounds coming out the speaker) very different than a normal iPhone vibration. Shocking that someone who works at Apple doesn't know the difference. I think his name was Phil but not sure, either way he was incredibly rude and told me 'I'm not trying to pull the wool over your eyes, its working'. I told him to bring his manager, his manager confirmed the obvious that the phone was in fact still not vibrating and after waiting over an hour at the store finally agreed to give me a new phone baring in mind I had only purchased my phone 1 month prior. Complete nightmare every time I go to this store! Staff are rude and don't know what they are doing! Phones should be checked before handing back to customer to see if the problem has been fixed! No apology from anyone about them clearly trying to gaslight me either!

Fantastic Apple Store, however there is a distinct mix of staff working here. Some are great and others not so. Apple should conduct 'secret shopper' or similar to verify staff are trained correctly and understand how to communicate effectively and professionally. As I said, some do not. Chris was fantastic and if you see him, make sure he helps you with your Apple purchases. Highly knowledgeable and extremely helpful and friendly

I brought my NEW MacBook Air 15 with M2 chip under a year ago. I started noticing horizontal lines that would affect the middle of the screen and the entire screen; however, it isn?t permanent as it happens once a month roughly. I went to the Apple Store on Brompton Road, and they said it would be fixed as it is under warranty. Unfortunately, I received a quote for £490 to fix it, even though it is under warranty, and I hadn?t damaged it.After I got my MacBook and went home, I have now noticed that there is an account on my computer named ?ul,? which isn?t my account nor authorized. It has a password linked to the account, and now I can?t log in. This is a major safety concern. I spoke to Katie at Apple Brompton Road, and she told me that that?s impossible.I tried calling the shop 10 times and had no answer!

Horrible support policy and most difficult complaint procedure
