My story starts like this... one day my phone was stolen and I was very disappointed and angry. I tried to open my account on another device but it was impossible since I had forgotten the password. In the end I chose to go to an Apple story in Covent Garden for help. There I met one of the employees who did his best to help me, Adam (the guy with long hair). It was so encouraging and nice to see someone from the staff like him who does his job with such professionalism, spending time to make a customer like me leave satisfied and happy, he was so nice and helpful. Many thanks Adam for your professionalism and you deserve to be the top employee!????

Big shout out to Ishrat who assisted me on Sunday, 3rd March, around 12:30. I came in distress about my stolen phone, and Ishrat was kind, patient and super professional with the advice she gave me on the next steps. Made my not so amazing day much better!

Went in to buy a new iPhone and exchange my old one. The ?genius? failed to complete setup of many devices and apps - so now I have to jump through a ton of hoops to erase my Apple Watch and set up as a new device, and I have lost my message history in WhatsApp and signal. Would have been better doing everything myself!

Absolutely horrible and unprofessional service from Genius Bar. Staff was impatient and pressured us to opt for a factory reset without holistic diagnosis of the situation resulting in data loss.

What an experience, as soon as I walked in the store I have encountered unprofessional staff. I explained my issues about my iPhone and what a got was the staff looking on my shoulders, after I got an appointment to see if they could repair my iPhone the woman with a german accent I have dealt for about 30 minutes,she was asking me to repeat what I was saying so many times, after that the only solution she was able to offer me was to pay more than £350 to fix it or to wipe off my iPhone. I asked her if there was anything else I could do she was unable to respond.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This was by far the worst customer experience I've ever had with apple. Incredibly unhelpful and rude. I understand this is a busy location and they could have been stressed, but there's no reason to take that stress out on customers. It was awful.

Didn't have my card with me, so an employee suggests to order it online for in store pick up. So ordered it, paid for it, Waited 30 odd minutes and when it was ready for pickup, they couldn't give it to me because I didn't have my passport on me. Even though I ordered it in front of them and It was clearly me that ordered it.Really??!!!Useless
