Took a random chance with these guys and was shocked to hear no call out charge!Gentleman had a technician out to my parents within the hour, was done and gone under 20min.Kept me updated about how far away he was, very courteous and polite, patient with my parents.Highly, highly recommend and will definitely use their services again in the future! Told me it would cost £80 to fix my broken ensuite lock, saying said they would come back in a week. Forgot about me until I contacted them again. When they came they tried to charge me another £129, which I was not told about. Just to fix a cheap ensuite door. Ridiculous. They need to be more clear about how much they charge.

Vlad was so helpful with my immobilizer issue. He came out the same day and determined that the AA were incorrect and my issue was not the key transponder but the immobilizer system itself. He only charged for the agreed call out fee despite giving me over an hour of his time and also cut a spare key for me. A week later he responded immediately when I asked for more info. Thank you Vlad.
