Worth a visit just to check out the prices. It has a range of products that compare favourably to larger supermarkets. However, the days of the low cost alternative are, unfortunately, a thing of the past.

I see a lot of bad reviews for staff, and I get it for the older staff who kinda just stand there with their hands in their pockets doing nothing. But I had a very helpful guy named Peter assist me when no one was on the shopfloor, I'd say he went above and beyond. The younger and newer staff are more polite and helpful. Seems like there were a few new staff being trained on tills as well, glad to see they're taking staff training a little more seriously.

Nothing wrong with B&M store itsself but DO NOT shop there during late hours. Apparently you cannot shop and park in the complex without getting FINED by the private parking firm. How can someone be expected to go to a shop, park in front of the store in the car park then get a ticket as car park has restricted times... its a pure con to make money by the parking firm Parking Eye. STAY AWAY from the store for late night shopping.

B and M is a great store with a vast variety of different things to purchase, they have almost everything someone could need. The problem is that a couple of the staff here are extremely rude and lack customer service skills. Today I went to purchase some black hair dye, I picked up 2 boxes one larger one and one smaller one. I brought them to the till and the 2 women behind scanned them and said, 7.50 please. I was a bit confused as on the shelf it stated the product was 1.99 (it must have been placed in the wrong area but there was multiple of the same product above the sign) and the other was 1.50, I stated that it had said that on the display and one of the woman started yelling at me for no apparent reason and just acting unnecessarily rude when I was just a bit confused and trying to understand the situation, this left me feeling terrible. But this isn't the first time something like this has happened, a friend of mine went there to purchase cigarette filters and the lady declined her purchase by saying 'you have to be 25 to purchase this product' which is simply untrue, you just get I'D if you look under a certain age and my friend had a valid passport to state she was 20, but she could still not purchase them and the lady was rude by saying: 'Oh I bet you'll just go to the corner shop now and buy some huh'.Great store with lots to choose from but EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful staff.
