I wish to publicly thank the B&O gentleman at Harrods who last week Thurs (5.7.18) assisted me to resolve my problems of not being able to automatically pair my new E8 earphones with my Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus phone. I was having to manually pair my headphones each time I went to use them. My other problem was the volume being barely perceptible I took them out of the box to use. The gentleman knew straight away what the problem was. It transpired the E8 headphones needed a software update which took about 45 mins, after which all my problems would be resolved. This it was.Thank you so much for kindly giving up your valuable time to help me. I greatly appreciated your help and expertise. ?
