Useless, they are closing bank accounts, fair enough, i fill in my form in July and they still haven't actioned it, i phoned them up from work and was cut off. Now 3 more letters arrived in post asking me to fill in more forms to close account.India levels of service in UK.

Tried calling them a number of times never pick up and ringing tone terminated by bank, they notified me that they are closing my Bank account as I did not give them the information only if they check their email and it was sent via the Wembley Branch.What a well run Bank must work on the same work ethics as India.This was the City Branch.

Second time BOb city center branch blocked my ac without giving notice the reason they shown inactivity. I have many other accounts in UK banks and sometimes no money left in some account but bank never blocked me from withdrawing money or blocking my account without inform me. The Indian lady incharge of the account shown her ego power to close customers account in fact in the meeting she admits she blocked many people account . I have been a BOB customer more than 20 years & previously never had any issues but since the lady become incharge my account blocked twice even me & my wife went there with our passport & interview but still they questioned & doubt about signatures match & doubt about . The real big fraudsters get away from taking loan from bank Indian government can't do nothing but simple people like us suffers . I feel this branch staff intentionally harassing their customers in fact it's our money who bank use . Very dissatisfied & disappointed that bank kept customer money it's a theft . Read my previous customer review I agree with him this branch should be reported to UK financial OMBUDSMAN services

Less than 1 star. Bank of Baroda branch in India and branch in City Road London worked together to steal/support theft. Despite it being the 21st century with laws and regulations, the police, Financial Services Ombudsman (UK) and Financial Conduct Authority (UK) are helpless. Baroda UK's 3 Chief Executives failed to reply, after senior staff formally assured the Financial Services Ombudsman (UK) that they would deal with the matter. The UK government stepped in to help UK customers when the Bank of Iceland stole their money, but not customers of Bank of Baroda. Why? DO NOT RISK ANY INVOLVEMENT WITH THE BANK OF BARODA.

I find dealing with Bank Of Baroda most frustrating experience.A simple transaction to transfer funds between 2 of my accounts has taken 4 months and am still being sent from pillar to post. My accounts are in Rajkot and that branch seems to take pride in not responding to customers correspondence!!If the bank does not change it's service I feel many people will stop using this bank.I know I a small customer, but if lots of small customers start leaving Bank will soon realise that they taking their customers for granted!

I called Bank of Baroda, London, UK today from MA, USA after nearly 35 years to update my information. Wow, awesome, the young woman, Renu was an amazing and wonderful person who listened to me keenly and interacted with great attention. She took down my info and promised to call me back because my info being so old that she has to get in touch with other section of the bank. That is a customer service, you can look up to and depend upon. I am an account holder with BOB since I think, 1975, it has always been a great pleasure to do banking with them. Bank of Baroda UK is the face of communicative incompetence and an inability to responsibly manage customer funds. Not only do they take weeks at a time and numerous follow ups to respond to any communication, but when they do questions are never answered completely or appropriately. Gross mismanagement and arrogance on their part has caused us repeated financial losses.Absolutely DO NOT patronize this joke of a bank - you're better off giving your money to a homeless man down the street for safekeeping, he's likely leaps and bounds more responsible and intelligent than the staff at this institution.
