An excellent experience at a high-standard modern bank.The lobby was clean and tidy, with friendly and proficient staff who quickly handled the transactions I needed. If you're missing some documents, such as a photocopy of your passport, they'll copy it for you free of charge.By the way, the air conditioning is comfortably warm in winter and cool in summer.

The nicest lady on reception gave me the exact forms I needed to re-activate my account, even showed me which boxes to tick, then passed me straight over to a colleague at the desk. She was equally wonderful and very efficient, everything done within 10 minutes. I cannot recommend those two highly enough. Very good experience.

The most caring and wonderful bank in London. I changed my bank address several months ago at this branch. I couldn?t even remember that I mentioned to the staffs that my card will expire at next year January. But their staffs were helpful and caring, they took my details down and they sent me a new card without me informing them. Probably I will forget to do so, to tell them to change a new card this month. Even sometimes they can get busy, they are a trustworthy bank! ?
