Lovely shop with a great selection. The staff are knowledgeable and appropriately (i.e., not too much, not too little --- "Goldilocks" level) eager to help. Rilwan helped me get into my first Barbour wax jacket. He was excellent to work with and I love the coat!

We initially went into the store to double-check sizing, since we don't live in the UK and Barbour sizing can be a bit tricky. But the staff at this location were truly above and beyond, so kind and helpful! They not only helped with all our sizing questions, but also gave their opinions on different styles, gave us care tips and tricks for our new jackets, and made sure we understood the warranties and differences between styles. Really exceptional shopping experience-- we ended up purchasing a few jackets there and then instead of ordering online when we get back home. Kudos to the staff here.

I'm biased because I love Barbour's classic jackets. I got a zip-in lining for my jacket and my wife got a new coat as well. We don't get down into the Covent Garden area very often, so we had to make the most of it. ? The staff of the store was more than competent...very friendly and helpful.

Friend recommended this place , procured a nice jacket and some shirts. Staff were friendly and helpful. Prices tend to be higher than other places, but the quality of the material made it worthwhile , hence expect to pay more but it will last for much longer.

I came to this store planning to buy a jacket, but the sale lady there were rude and followed us everywhere. The staff was racist and bad customer service.I went to the store on Regent street, the staffs there were nice and my family ended up buying 3 jackets from Barbour on Regent st.

I had a very good experience there buying my first Barbour jacket. The shop assistant, Rilwan, was particularly helpful.

A huge thank you to Cat and Pouria for making our visit so great, we were just about to leave after being pretty much invisible and ignored by another member of staff that was close by to us but you both completely turned it around! Working together as a very lovely, bright and friendly team, we ended up finding and buying the perfect jacket! I believe it was also Cat?s last day with Barbour but you would never have known - her passion for the brand was still in full flow! Both fantastic brand ambassadors that Barbour should be very proud to have on their team ?

RACIST. This store is racist against Asians, as another reviewer has written as well. We walked in intending to buy a coat and were immediately followed around the store by the blonde associate pictured. She huffed and puffed the whole time and when we asked a question she rudely responded. She followed us upstairs and when we went down she followed us back. She did not follow white customers who entered around the store. We will not be purchasing from Barbour, as we now view it as a racist brand.

tl;dr: unpredictable stock availabilityPeople should be aware that all Barbour outlets in London are run by franchisees, and not by Barbour itself. As such, every shop's range, and therefore your shopping experience, will vary from one shop to the other. That said, the staff whom I encountered in Barbour stores were all helpful and polite.I have mentioned in my review of the Barbour Regent Street shop that I had to rush to this outlet within 30 mins to try on a Classic Beaufort jacket in size 42, the last piece in the store. They could only hold it for 30 mins!I decided to purchase another jacket, this time the Beaufort, in sage green. When I called one outlet to check if it was in stock, I was told they couldn't check availability for all other stores, as their (?inventory) systems were different. They also didn't know when items would be back in stock. I managed to buy that jacket at Harrods.I ordered a gilet, which was then delivered several days later to the Covent Garden outlet. I had earlier called to confirm the item had arrived. When I got to the store, the staff initially could not find it, until I asked her to check again. If the item you want is available, then shopping at Barbour is easy. Otherwise, be prepared to go across London for it, or wait several days for it to be delivered. Good luck!

My wife and I came to Covent Garden Store and we were assisted by a couple of really nice sales representatives. My wife purchased her first Barbour Classic Beadnell and she loves it. Our experience here lead her to purchase a winter hat, leather boots, and a zip in vest that she will enjoy for many years.

After multiple experiences with this store since before Christmas i can safely say it is in complete chaos. Have no idea what stock is arriving or when. Staff are quite open about how badly it is run and do very little to hide their contempt for the company.

Excellent customer service.Zara went beyond duty to assist with needs, going as far as allowing exchange of jacket brought at another store. She was very considerate and sincere, not pushing at all. Took my time selecting product without any pressure.Would recommend store. Great staff, quality products.

The employees are very kind. Whatever I asked, they answered. They even did research on the internet for me. Endless thanks

Great service from Zara and the team. Very attentive and really felt like they cared about advising me on the best jacket from a few options I was considering. This was also the best store for selection of Barbour coats I found.
