Just visited the branch, I walked in looking around for the self service machines, an bank assistant spotted me immediately and offered help. She directed me downstairs where I found the machines myself.Very peaceful, not too busy, no queues at the machines and looked like everyone was being attended to. And this was around lunchtime on a Wednesday.

I went to the bank and I had questions and I was in rush. Louis was really helpful and he helped me quickly with my questions and guidances I needed in just 5 minutes. All staff were friendly. Thanks ??

I was happy to see Barclays have reopened at Moorgate. Staff are pleasant but unfortunately, there's not a single cashier. Only Express ATM service available. I would suggest to Barclays have one Cash Till pleas.

"no counters". So basically it's a bank branch that can't do anything you need a bank branch to, like exchange money for example. What a waste of space

What is wrong with this bank? If you decided to start closing at 3pm, the least you could do is send your customers a notice! Now. All the Barclays closing at 3pm??!! Why?!! Honestly go do some work you people.

I had a great experience talking with mahek as she was very helpful in explaining how to deposit a cheque and she also made sure that it was deposited correctly.I definitely recommend using this bank.

Fantastic experience! I was very hesitant after reading some of the reviews mentioning poor/no service for this branch, as I needed to transfer money in person during my lunch break. Fortunately, there was no need to worry. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Lewis (one of 3 or so employees that I could see at the front of the branch) and after stating what I needed, he said that a colleague downstairs would help me in a few minutes (and asked if I had the necessary card etc for the transaction). Whilst I waited for about 10 minutes in total, he directed me to some theatre seating with the Lionesses playing Australia! I saw them go up 3-2, getting them to the finals and a couple of minutes in to overtime he asked if I was ok to go downstairs as his colleague was free now (he also checked in on me, as it was probably obvious that I was in a rush, a couple of minutes before this, to say that I would only need to wait another minute or so). He also mentioned that there are rooms available to rent for free to customers, as long as their use is in line with Barclays values, after I asked him about the branch (as it's very impressive for a just a bank). I was then helped by Sarah who processed my transaction quickly and within another 10 minutes or so. Outstanding customer service and facilities, really impressed, thank you Sarah and Lewis, great job. I can only assume that the reviews have been read and acted upon.

They don't even know they products, the women took my ditals, when I ask what interests I am getting on my child saving account she could not answer and then gave me wrong information,Very bad service, I did walked out, she didn't know what she was talking about, avoid this brunch.

This is the worst bank I have ever had to deal with. While on holiday Barclays decided to block my account over a transfer I initiated. When I called they told me the best they could do was schedule a video call for me to probe my identity 3 days later. 4 days later, I have still not received any email or phone call from them. When I called this morning to explain the situation again and ask how I should pay for my trip when my bank account is locked their best response was that they can lodge a complaint.It is unbelievable that this is the treatment you get even with a premier account with them. I will never bank with Barclays again in my life, and, if you're reading this, I highly suggest you do the same.

Went to the staff with a difficult problem whereby I needed to get official confirmation about an old card I owned for an online verification. The staff were fantastic and worked the problem when other branches weren't as pragmatic. Cheers guys!

It's as if they've made the place look nice and swanky to distract you from how bad the service is. I'm sure I'd still be sat there waiting if I hadn't got up and left out of frustration
