Was helped by a lovely lady called Andrea, she helped me with some problems I have been getting with my card as it was not functioning properly. Also she offered other products \\u0026 services and took her time explaining the benefits. Incredible people skills! Thank you Andrea.

All staff are very helpful in this branch which is quite rare these days. The branch is spacious and rarely have long queues for anything. It also has a full team that can pretty much handle everything.

Honestly do not understand the bad reviews here.... been here a few times and the staff in this branch are by far the best I have ever encountered. They are so helpful and the facilities in this branch are also very good and plenty available. The only improvement can be done I guess is more counters.

Definitely one of the best Barclays I have ever been.staff are ever so helpful, which I cannot believe even. I wish all Barclays beaches can have staff as nice as the people in this branch.

Opened a savings account here. Was seen to by someone who said unless I have the right papers, it should all go smoothly. My husband who was with me had pointed out that I already hold a current and savings account with them, so why does she have to make it sound so tragic and difficult to open an account??? She then brought us upstairs to two young "girls" who instead of seeing to us and opening our accounts, decide to have a little chit chat first. Finally seen to one of them who was I would say was reluctant to see to us. I handed her my Bank card and ID. She was truly unprofessional from start to finish. She was more interested in selling insurances to us even when my husband kept telling her we were busy and needed to be somewhere else. A couple of days after the visit and phone call to the customer service, I find out she had decided to change the number of time and how I should be getting my statements!! She most definitely needs more training.
Shame really as Barclays is a good Bank and their staff such as her lets them down. I would say, take a leaf out of the Piccadilly Circus Branch staff.

I booked an appointment regarding my Barclays blue awards. During my appointment the service lady was extremely unprofessional and kept smacking her lips with her bubblegum, sometimes even hanging it out of her mouth. She was extremely incapable with the tool in front of her, I had to tell her a faster way to filter her searches. I simply wanted to know why I stopped receiving the rewards, and whether or not if I was allowed to receive a refund for the blue rewards Iâ??ve been paying for months. She tried to push the blame on me in every way possible to make sure that barclays is in no way responsible for anything instead of helping me understand my situation. It was a terrible service overall and this whole process wasted 30 minutes of my time.

1 machine itâ??s in operation and just one cashier plus if you need help you have to wait because they are too busy talking to each other than helping you. The staff here itâ??s not helpful at all
