*SCAM, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE* Ordered apple AirPods max headphones, site said 3-5 working days, still didn?t arrive 2 weeks later. Had informal emails to say that they?d be delivered the following Thursday to which they still didn?t arrive, they do not give any tracking number just an email to say they have been shipped, had to dispute the payment via my bank as they stopped responding when I asked to cancel and get a refund. Do not know how they have so many good reviews, do not buy from here, better off paying full price for something that actually arrives.

Received their email with order number and status as shipped but no tracking number.Phoned the hotline but only answering machine no one is Answering my call.Had emailed but no response.It?s a SCAM!Don?t be fooled by positive reviews here! Probably paid just to attract more victims!They said 3-5 days but its been 6 days now withlut anybupdates or progress!

I mean, it's total trash and a scam.Do NOT purchase any electronics from this joke of a company. How they haven't been sued yet is beyond me.I've been scammed of over £100 from them, it is an ongoing investigation.They will ignore your emails, send you a 'your item has dispatched' without any info of the courier, tracking number or delivery date. The products don't exist.
