Been calling for the past 20mins and nobody is answering me from the pharmacy.Went here earlier on today for my medication on a prescription I have and I was told they don?t have it and they can order it for tomorrow however I needed it today and I asked for my prescription back so I can take it to another boots.Here I am in the other boots and I am told they have released my prescription and I cannot collect it unless they release it on their system.Myself and the pharmacy in the other boots have been calling nonestop so they can release my medication so that here they can dispense it for me, nobody answering.Now I need to walk or take the bus all the way to Brompton road which is quite far from where I am now (Paddington station).I am so frustrated and upset by this. And I haven?t had my medication due to this delay and terrible service.

My local Boots. Usually well-stocked and the queue moves quickly. I always go to this one due to the convenience of the location and never had a problem but today?s experience with Christana was very unpleasant. She watched us the entire time despite the checkout area being full of customers. Halfway through our purchase she pointedly reminded us to scan the bag as if we were going to try to save ourselves 20p after spending nearly £200. I pointed out that scanning the bag before the Advantage Card creates issues with self-checkout to which she rolled her eyes. I had brought in a half-empty bottle of water and when she came over to assist us since those machines rarely work smoothly, she asked where it was from and then told me bluntly to move it out of her way. It was not in her way. And the insinuation that I would open and drink a bottle from the store whilst there and then not pay for it is downright rude on top of everything else. Christana needs a refresher on acceptable customer interactions and dealing with her own prejudice.

Pharmacist staff Tracy (I think was her name) went above and beyond. She was helping with a customer in front and offered to get Arabic translation for prescription labels. She also took time to find out about my skin irritation level and advised me on how to apply the prescribed cream. Very helpful and was very pleasantly surprised.

Boots the Chemist in Knightsbridge: A Customer?s FrustrationI recently had an unfortunate experience at Boots the Chemist in Knightsbridge, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. As a customer, I expect a certain level of service and professionalism, but unfortunately, my visit left much to be desired.Staff Ignoring Clients: The staff seemed more interested in their own conversations than assisting customers. It was disheartening to witness them chatting away while clients stood waiting for help. When I finally mustered the courage to ask for assistance, I was met with indifference. One staff member even had the audacity to dryly remark, ?Can?t you see we?re busy?? It was as if my presence inconvenienced them.Pharmacy Woes: The pharmacy, which should be a place of care and efficiency, felt like a joke. Perhaps they need a refresher on the meaning of customer service. Ignoring clients and prioritizing personal conversations over professional duties is unacceptable.Turtle-Paced Checkout: The final straw was at the checkout. I waited for an excruciating 30 minutes while the staff continued their leisurely chat. My basket, containing items worth at least £300, sat there untouched. Eventually, I gave up and left, frustrated and disappointed.My Recommendation: Save yourself the hassle and avoid Boots in Knightsbridge. There are other chemists in the area, not to mention the renowned Harrods, where you?ll receive a much better service. Let?s hope Boots takes customer feedback seriously and improves their practices.

The worst service i ever had. Wrong eye test, wrong measurments and they tried to push on selling at any price. I would suggest anyone to go to a real oculist and not to those slaughters

Absolutely poor customer service. Was trying to show my advantage card to the employee but for whatever reason the last 3 digits of the card weren?t showing for ?security purposes?. When I did finally find it from digging through my emails they said something in their language which sounded a lot like a slur to one of their employees. They?re incredibly uncaring employees and always act apathetic to customers treating them like an inconvenience. Boots employees just generally seem to be far from the kindest of people at least from my experience.

I asked the pharmacist for cyclizine she replied I need a prescription then she got offended when I told her it's an over the counter medication.? And we wonder why drs have a long waiting list for silly little things like this. Please educate yourselves.
