Although I had a positive experience at the Pharmacy for a last minute prescription, I wasn't very happy with the lack of signage or available staff. The escalators were turned off so I couldn't use them to get downstairs - I found the elevator and it was seemingly out of service (I waited a while and it didn't come) and we couldn't for the life of us find the stairs. PLEASE have better signage - I am a little shocked as you're a new store.

I have to say a massive thank you to Neve who works on the ground floor in the beauty section. She was super patient, listened to my needs and found me the products I never knew existed. She also explained how to use other products that I've been struggling to use properly. She literally went above and beyond. Lovely to have met her. Thank you so much Neve!!

Have booked a flu vaccine more than once but appt always cancelled or when I go there is no pharmacist there to give it or they don?t have the appt in the store?s computer system.\\nThe Boots website booking system doesn?t seem to communicate with the store?s appt diary. A shambles. Please sort ASAP!

Got accused of shoplifting and security made me empty my bags on the floor; it was incredibly embarrassing and even when the searched me and found nothing he insisted tht it looked like I was stealing. I said that I was very willing to go and look at cctv to see what he was talking about but he refused. Then got told never to come again.\\nIncredibly rude and racially motivated

I would like to say an ever such big thank you to Fary at the Dior stand at Covent Garden (I am so sorry if I am misspelling this wonderful woman?s name).\\nIt is rare to have someone so sweet and attentive. She made my cosmetics shopping for a friend the most wonderful experience and gave the most perfect suggestions, packing a present with such care!\\nI feel slightly overwhelmed and I don?t have enough kind words to say!\\nThank you and I hope to be back soon!

30.06.21 Boots, Covent Garden, serviced by Stephanie:such a professional! I thought I was transported into 1969, friendly smiled, helpful and knowledgeable about products. This young lady should be a Mgr. and give training. She had hand gestures in lead politely to the product. A1 in all areas of customer service. Surpassed: Debenham's, Selfridges, Boots on Oxford Street.
