I wanted to share my recent experience at your store on 2/01/2024, and unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. I encountered poor service, with staff members appearing disinterested and engrossed in their own conversations.Upon arrival, I noticed around four employees gathered behind the till, engaged in gossip, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. When I patiently waited to be served, one employee blatantly ignored me, turning away without any acknowledgment. This behavior was noticeable and left me feeling neglected.Later, I approached another colleague to inquire about a specific medicine for UTI. However, I found the interaction to be uncomfortable due to the loud conversation and lack of privacy consideration. In contrast, a year ago, I had a more positive experience with a pharmacist who handled such matters professionally, taking me aside for a discreet conversation.I believe these incidents could benefit from further training and attention to customer service. Additionally, reviewing CCTV footage may provide insights for improvement. I hope my feedback contributes to enhancing the overall customer experience at your store.

Despite being a fairly standard Boots branch, this gets five stars from me for one important reason. It appears to be one store in the chain that still has meds that are in short supply (yes, today's NHS faces that).This was the case for me, I was directed here to collect something out of stock nationally that I needed for my son.A mention goes to pharmacist Raheda, who was especially helpful in getting me the prescription.

poor service ! people who work there look at you so rudely, treat you like a fool literally disrespectful! the people there treat as if you were poor because they are used to some people working around, but they forget that serving them doesn't make them equal, they judge you about your clothes look at you from top and bottom . so ridiculous

Went to pay for my shopping. I was taking some time to find my advantage card. A lady who seems new came to ask if i need help. Which i replied, i left my Boots card is there any chance to find the number with my email ?She rudely replied, with a sarcastic smile and heavy foreigh accent : how can we know, you know with your email.Well, they always do it at the till in Superdrug, i mean,english could not be your first language but do you need to work in a customer service if the smallest request annoys you ? I didnt even ask you at first.

Emergency prescription was sent in time, Boots Holborn never completed it, two weeks later still not completed. I've not had anything from them to confirm they have received it or that it's ready for pick up. Tried to ring the pharmacy team for the last 4 hours. They just picked up and slammed the phone back down, if they want to waste my time I'll waste theirs.Avoid this boots if you have any serious medical issues that need attention.

Warning ?? Check your receipt before leaving the store. The price displayed on the ticket may be different to what you are charged at the till ? There were more discrepancies on my receipt and the man who did the refund wasn't very polite ? (more customer service training needed). It's called 'point of sale' and Boots risk penalties, by law, for every item incorrectly priced. It would be interesting to know how much extra money these corporations make from their consumers.

Always clean. Realative range of selection.Need to open on weekends now that other branch is closed to accommodate those who work weekdays especially the pharmacy department.
