I usually like to go into this store to browse, and occasionally buy things, but I did not feel to comfortable there as there was a woman watching me the entire time and as she walked up the stairs she literally asked another member of staff to keep an eye on me, as if I was just some thug/criminal.

I went there to shop for a burberry trench coat, Ali, the sales person, was extremely helpful and introduced me to the entire selection of Burberry trench coats.

Not a lot in this branch of Burberry. Not much of their classic range. Looked like it was trying to be more fashionable then stock the classics. Not for me really.

I asked sa for a long sleeve shirt but he gave me a short sleeve one. I brought back the short sleeve shirt to him and he said he would try to find it. I waited in the fitting room for over 15 minutes but nobody came to me or gave me an answer. I canâ??t believe I was in a luxury store with service standards lower than the fish&chips restaurant beside my home. At least they always get me catchup whenever I want.

I truly cannot express how amazing the staff is in the Covent Garden Burberry boutique. I placed an order while on vacation for an in-store pick up and was told to come back a couple of days later. When I went back, the order was not there- there had been an issue and my order was not delivered on time. Well, Rachel (my sales associate) and Naomi (her manager) stepped in and did everything they possibly could do to get the issue resolved and to get the items to me before I left London. These ladies are AMAZING and actually got the items couriered from another store the same day. I was offered a discount on my next order and they gave me a free gift for my inconvenience. I have always had good experiences with Burberry but these ladies truly went way above and beyond. It was so wonderful dealing with such professionals and I left so happy (with my items in tow).
I will certainly shop there again when I return to London in the future and give a high, high recommendation for anyone shopping for anything Burberry while in London. You will not be disappointed.
