I bought two pairs of shoes online. I went into Carnaby Street store to change. One shoe (water proof) was too tight, yet the same shoe but not water proof was perfect. Bought that. There other shoe which l thought was black, turned out to be green. The pictures online are not great. I returned this one. Staff at Carnaby Street store were super kind and very helpful. Would highly recommend.

If things continue like this and as a 70-year-old I have to type in my private email address on a payment terminal in order to pay by credit card, then everything will be too late. My consequence: I will never shop at Camper again!!!The management has completely failed here!!! Who comes up with ideas like that, I can barely see the little keyboard, it's really anti-agey.

Everytime I visit this store I am amazed by the impeccable customer service of the whole team. Borja, in particular, is so helpful and lovely: he even remembered me from last spring! I will carry on coming back as I am a big fan of the brand!

Nicholas at Carnaby St. When i came into the store he was patience and kind, he helped me with sizes and he was very helpgul. This is my favourite store on Carnaby Street!
