I have used the drop and go service to sell my items with this branch twice this week (Consoles and games), and they were very welcoming, friendly and chatty with me. They managed to test everything and process the sale, and i received my vouchers all in the same day!

Customer service is so poor. You go in happy and say hello, the worker looks at you with the most depressed face. And a few seconds ago they were all happy talking to eachother. Like it's illegal to sell stuff to them. And they don't even stick to the time they give you

Went in there to buy a game rated 15, and some small ginger bloke who doesnt even look 15 yet told me I couldn't pay for it because I didn't have ID despite the fact that I was blatantly old enough to pay and shouldn't have needed ID for the game anyway.The scammers who work here should be arrested.

It's a small shop but it's OK had a good selection of second hand games. Changed my stars from 3 to 5 as it didn't deserve 3 really cos there's nothing wrong with the shop.
