Terrible service here compared to Selfridges London/Manchester or the Chanel Boutique itself.The guy upon entering was polite, however, the lady he passed us on to was rude and reluctant to help. She even tried to insinuate that I have not bought from Chanel before, because she couldn?t bother to correctly spell my name to find my account.Finally she found my account after putting my name in wrong about 3 times making me feel like a liar, I asked for my mobile number to be updated and she put that in wrong, which i then fixed at another Chanel boutique.I love Chanel and have purchased with my mum ever since i was 16 (now 27) the service quality has definitely declined, i don?t feel the need to prove anything by purchasing from a rude SA, so I will always walk out and visit a different Chanel boutique with better service.

My daughter and my husband went to collect my daughter?s birthday present last week and they were helped by Joumana.Joumana was very lovely and helpful and also helped my daughter make her own Harrods account.Definitely would recommend to buy your Chanel bag at Harrods x

Not really impressed with staff attitude here when I was served though I bought on that day a bag £5500 (I do not mean all staff are like that). So expensive and a lots are outsourced from Italy. The price of Chanel bag has increased substantially as well. New Bonds Street has better services for me.

Horrible! Don?t assume just because you?re at a luxury department store/brand you?ll get good customer service, quite the opposite. The staff are so rude, impatient and uninterested, take your time and money and go to a Chanel store where you?ll be treated properly regardless of whether you make a purchase or not!!

Unpleased, In my Arabic speaking country we use more than one English spelling for our first name I payed using my debit card with a pass code he still managed to make me feel like it's not mine is it because I dressed causal ? I mean I'm still wearing name brands just not in your face logo .Also my first name on my debit card is not exactly the same letters as my Chanel file a few different letters just like my bank card has an extra letter it's how I spell it not the government name keep in mind my last name and photo ID were shown, all the pronunciations of my name are the same.I Almost left the store I've seen costumers paying significantly less than I did receive a better treatment. It made me anxious and ready to leave because the attitude and body language was too much for me it made me very very uncomfortable.

Depends what day you come on and who is on shift as to what service you get. Went on Friday and it took about 30 minutes of waiting by a counter to be told that we had to queue the other end of the store and arrange an appointment, which this service totally put me off making my purchase.\\nI went in again on Saturday as I was having afternoon tea at Harrods and was greeted by Louisa who was very friendly and couldn?t be more helpful. She showed me all the brooch?s and she was very attentive, and I ended up buying a brooch. If it wasn?t for Louisa?s great service I would not have bought anything as the other staff appeared to be very unfriendly.

extremely rude and arrogant staffs and managers. they treat customers badly. Telling people what they can buy, and what they can not. I felt very uncomfortable and intimidated when I was there by the staffs. the prices increase certainly did not improve their service level. I will not spend a penny in this brand even they are the only brand left in harrods. If you want to have a nice day, my advice is go somewhere else. Any brands are better than the service from this one. Simple but true. by the way, i totally agree with the previous comments. That is how I felt as well. Just with different staffs and managers. I do not want to mention their names as courtesy.
