They have nice collection of shirts with various colors and patterns, but some sizes might need to be ordered before a few days or bought from another branch. I have been assisted by Randy and he quickly recommended the right fit for me.

This was my first time at the Ludgate Hill location, although I've been buying clothing from Charles Tyrwhitt for years. The staff were helpful in selecting colours and styles. For some items, the my size was not available in store, so the member of staff who worked with me arranged for them to be sent to my house directly. The range of products remains solid. I appreciate the multi-buy for shirts and trousers and the ability to specify fit, neck size, and arm length separately (sure and collar, cuff, and pocket options as well). Their products also come with an exceptional guarantee.

Great shirts, good selection, good deals. The staff member helping was knowledgeable and attentive, however, he was by himself so as there were other customers in the shop sometimes had to wait a while for assistance

Literally just walked out of this branch (Ludgate Hill). Terrible customer service. One lady ironing a shirt and another one going through stock. I walked around the store twice. No interaction whatsoever. I stood in front of the front desk until finally I was asked if I had been served. No good morning, no nothing. Total lack of enthusiasm and customer skills shown. Great products but below par service.

This shop is great, huge range of clothing and really helpful staff. Mario assisted me, showing me all the different shirt sizes and options and was really patient as I decided. Go the extra mile to make sure customers are happy.

Being a first time customer of CT, i was pleased with how much emphasis this company places in its customer service. I was assisted by Tom.lud on sun 20/11/22 and he was extremely patient with me, very informed about range of styles and was kind enough to offer me collar and sleeve measurements to ensure i find the size that fits me best. Overall very pleased, will return.

Hery helpful staff here. Stock can be limited but they are amazingly good at fitting with alternative item and getting sizes delivered next day straight to home.

Terrible service! There were 2 assistants in the shop. One totally had abandoned me by the time I got out of the changing room and was dealing with other clients for the rest of my time there. So I told the other one I wanted to buy 4 shirts (they had a multi-buy offer); he said he could only order them online for me, but not show me any! Obviously I could have ordered online myself; the whole point of going to the shop is to see what the shirt feels like and looks like from close! Not impressed.

I had half an idea of what I was looking for when I went in. Shaun (retail staff) really helped me, measured me up and gave me exactly what I was looking for in the least 'salesperson' way possible. Very happy with his service. Picking up my new and altered suit tomorrow.
