Disaster. Abandoned on the store waiting for someone to serve me. But only 2 people managing the store on Sunday so not their fault but a shop further up the road with two people managed to provide me with a phenomenal customer experience ?

Great service from Randy at the store as I picked out some beautiful peices for my special day. Very attentive and helpful, also provided some great suggestions to switch things up a bit. Ended up picking a few more items that expected and am very pleased

Today I went to try on some suits as I was after finding my size. The gentleman that we met initially was very polite and helpful. He helped us with finding the right size.Afterwards his colleague took over and they were initially helpful. We then mentioned that this was our first shop to go into and that I need to look around before buying. Also as I am not from London I wanted to know my size and then order online if I wanted to. Out of the blue, their attitude changed and was no longer helpful and their tone was very rude, condescending and they would not answer our questions with much attentiveness. This ruined the experience and I may not buy anything from CT due to such a negative interaction.

Neat and well organised store with plenty of slim fit shirts.They seemed to be fairly low stock on classic non-iron shirts and standard collars.Service was underwhelming and quite rude.

Great clothes, helpful staff. Best value smart casual clothes around in my opinion, can get great deals or high quality clothes in clearance often.

I waked in to this store to have a look at their suits and upon arriving I was immediately greeted by Karim and everything I needed was promptly taken care of. He was extremely helpful, very courteous and yet professional. He was very knowledgeable about the various suit materials and helped me to try one one of their suits. Karim was excellent and I will certainly be going back to buy a suit from this store.
