Best place ever for suits ties all attire shirts any smart wears I would seriously go here first I went to aldershops and this was the best, with the best fitting clothes and customer service and the best quality above the rest.

Went in wearing a raincoat I had bought from their Tower Bridge branch at least 10 years' ago. Very happy to find a new one almost identical and the same excellent fit. Transaction completed very quickly and I was given a generous discount! Very friendly and helpful.

Usually the brand offers good quality products, however this store the staff is very unaware of deliveries and timing. I ordered two chinos employee confirmed they will be there Tuesday next week. When I went there to collect them another person mentioned they don?t have deliveries on the Tuesday which completely changed my plans and I had to go and buy an hour before my meeting completely different outfit.

Impeccable quality shirts at a great price, and fantastic service with a smile. I saw a deal online saying 3 shirts for £99, which upon arriving to the shop was no longer appearing, and the in store offer was 4 shirts for £149. I asked the very polite shop assistant if they still have the deal but she hadn?t even seen it. She couldn?t apply a deal that wasn?t present, but instead she very kindly offered me a 10% discount on the existing 4 for £149 deal, and I walked away very happy with 4 fresh new non iron shirts in my bag. They fit like a glove, and I couldn?t be happier with my purchase.

Shocking customer service. I was advised to use this company due go the brand but all I can say is awful. Two members of staff were disengaged and unhelpful. I went back 10 minutes later for a fund and they tell me the systems are down and I'd have go come back Tuesday, I live in Devon.

The staff were very helpful and patient in identifying the right size, going through 5-6 iterations even around the closing time. And the store has very good collection of men?s formals.

From reading other reviews, it looks like I wasn?t so lucky with my salesperson. The lady did not seem very keen on helping me with my shirt quest. Luckily I knew what I wanted but was disappointed by the customer experience.
