We made a great decision selecting Cheval Three Quays at Tower location for our girl's trip. The property is clean and updated. And the staff are professional and helpful. We rented the 2 bedroom 2 bath which also came with 2 balconies. The bedrooms were well appointed and had a functional window. I found there to be plenty closet space and both rooms were equipped with a television. The bedding was perfect for winter weather and a comfortable nights sleep. The bathrooms were spacious and came with a warming towel rack. The main bathroom had an overhead and handheld shower head. The water pressure was good and water temperature great. Bath sheets were provided which are plus size friendly. The robes were not plus size friendly which is typical. FYI the tub is tall so requires a large step into the tub. Bath stocked with full size hand and body soap, lotion and shampoo. Did I mention how spacious it is?The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer (separate). The dryer worked well I did not use the washer. Room is big enough to store your luggage if you over packed like us lol.The living room is a great size with an amazing view especially when dark out and everything is lit up. The TV works well and gets a good amount of stations. The Bluetooth radio was perfect. FYI the couch sits low so if you are tall it's like a really deep squat. It was comfortable and relaxing to watch the Uber boats from that position. The kitchen was everything and more. FYI there is a book in the drawer with instructions for using the oven, stove and microwave. I didn't read it but I'm sure it's helpful. All appliances worked well. If you pick up groceries you will find most everything you need to prepare your meal/s. Shout out to property management and staff for providing bread, milk, cheese, juice, fruit, salami and fruit spread!Overall I had a great experience at Cheval Three Quays and definitely recommend this property. It's a plus for families and groups who seek the amenities provided here. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.Nearby activities: Tower of London, Uber boat, and Thames River. 10 minutes or less to Tower Bridge. Ballon Museum within walking distance.Food & drinks: Tons of places to eat nearby. I recommend Pret on the corner of the building.

Great experience with Cheval Three Quays. The staff was amazing and warm. Close to Tube and Bus lines for easy transport around the city. Rented a two bed two bath apartment with views of the Tower of London and Tower Bridge.

25 days since us checked out and the guarantee withheld by them hasn't been released. Tired of email exchange with the front office. And it's not the bank's fault, checked this already. What can I say: I guess you can earn some extra money from the interest? Or just lack of interest regarding customers' satisfaction? Anyway, this is a reason good enough for me to stay away from this service provider next time I visit London.

One of the best apartments I have stayed in. Clean, spacious and incredible views over the Thames!

I had the opportunity to live here for several months and really enjoyed it. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything. The location is perfectly situated because it's close to the tube stops and you can take the Uber Boat anywhere in minutes. My flat came with a washer/dryer combo (which took some getting used to) and the full kitchen setup was nice. There was plenty of closet space, storage space, and the beautiful balcony views were my fav. Housekeeping came by once a week and they were just okay. I still felt the need to have my own cleaning supplies for when things were missed but they were always friendly and respectful. I felt very safe living here, walking around the area and the one time I noticed a domestic disturbance in front of the hotel, the staff checked it out immediately. I'd highly recommend staying here whether on the hotel side or corporate housing side.

Cheval Three QuaysLocation: Tower of LondonAbsolutely one of my favorite hotels to stay in. The service was impeccable, and they were all very kind and easy to talk to.At this location you were very close to a lot of sightseeing areas such as Tower of London, tower bridge, sky Garden in the walkie-talkie building, The Shard at 360 view (a must to see!) and very close to the underground to take you anywhere you would like to go.The room we had on the 8th floor and was a mini apartment. We did pay extra for the River view but truly well worth it! Stunning view of the sunrise coming through the Tower Bridge. What I love was the mini kitchenette. They provided milk, bread, snacks, cheese, meat and more which was unexpected. They have a nice vanity area for me to dry my hair and do my make up, and I absolutely loved the design of the bathroom as well.Downstairs they always have taxis nearby if you need to use one but overall we use the underground the entire time. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful or romantic weekend.Rooms: Beautiful room, minimalist design, vanity area, room with the Riverview is well worth it, the kitchenette at is very for making breakfast.Nearby activities: My favorite is the The Shard and The Sky Garden.Walkability: Super convenient and very walkable to anywhere you want to go for sightseeing.Food & drinks: Nearby restaurants that are highly rated, they also provide a book in your suite and we did go to a few, the front desk can also recommend more place if you like depending on when you are into.Noteworthy details: What I love was the mini kitchenette. They provided milk, bread, snacks, cheese, meat and more which was unexpected. They have a nice vanity area for me to dry my hair and do my make up, and I absolutely loved the design of the bathroom as well.

I highly recommend this property. Everything was perfect. I recommend booking an apt. with a view. Well worth it. Check out their "packages" as they are a great value. Kitchens are equipped with everything you need and more. Nice to have the washer and dryer too!

Fantastic apartment which had everything we could conceivably need. We had spectacular views of the Tower and Thames which were even more memorable at night. I cannot fault the accommodation or the helpfulness of the staff. We will certainly be returning.

The Cheval Three Quays is a most beautiful and well located hotel in London. All staff are professional and the transportation by ferry and subway are within walking distance. You just ask the receptionists for assistance and they are glad to help.

Welcoming and professional front desk team. Nothing was an issue and all done with a smile. The room was very comfortable and a brilliant location. Clean and adequately appointed. After trying 10 different places in the past decade, we will come back.

We stayed in a two bedroom penthouse overlooking the Tower of London. Fantastic views from the extensive terrace of some of London?s most iconic buildings and tourist attractions - including the Thames itself. The penthouse is very large and very nicely appointed throughout - the fridge is the biggest I?ve ever seen and the kitchen generally is very well equipped. Minor complaint in that a shower fitting came away from the wall while I was there - it hit my toe, breaking the skin and causing quite nasty bruising. While the issue was corrected quickly I wasn?t offered anything by way of a sorry - this would never have happened in the majority of 5 star accommodations I?ve used - pretty poor to be honest - which, I have to put down to the manager. I would at least have expected a bottle of wine or champagne as a sorry - hey, ho.
