Horrific service from this company and I would highly advise that for anyone who requires a reliable service that they do not use City Sprint. Never have I written a review this negative on anything, this might even be my first but the service I experienced today was horrendous. They sent the wrong sized vehicle (a four door car for over 100kg worth of goods across 25 boxes) and couldn't remedy the issue in good time. The timings for collection when I called on multiple occasions was repeatedly incorrect, I got hung up on and the office team had to stay back to help me sort the issue so that we didn't incur fines. I'll be cancelling my account and won't be using them again.

The WORST customer service.Firstly, a scheduled delivery for tiles was not made. The delivery driver says he rang the doorbell twice, yet the doorbell was NOT rung at all. This is already a bad sign.So redelivery had to be scheduled AND paid for. This is already unacceptable.Then they delivered the tiles, which are, of course, very heavy. A normal person can't move them. The delivery man refused (rudely so) to move them inside the flat. How can a delivery company fail to deliver to someone's property???Now, someone else has to be paid to do this job as it's too heavy for one person to move inside.Unacceptable. DO NOT use this company unless you have help willing to do all the heavy lifting at the other end, something that the company should provide if they're legitimate. Terrible customer service. Will not use again!

Booked a service for luggage transfer from our accommodation in London to Heathrow Airport, 3hour delay due to some issues with their coordination. First driver cancelled the job and they had to send another driver after almost 2.5hours later. However Tardus (citysprint driver) was helpful & responsible upon arriving. He made sure that the luggages were handovered correctly to the right destination & person. This 4 star rating goes entirely to Tardus and not company. Well done!

DON?T BOTHER.My order turned up 2.5 hours after it had been collected! After numerous calls to the help desk, I was told it was picked up by a third party. Turns out it was marked as not urgent.Really unreliable, terrible customer service. Find another courier!

Absolute joke of a company...DO NOT USE. I have arranged a delivery several times now, waiting at home all day, no message or call to say they are delayed or not coming....nothing. What a travesty for a courier company...do yourself a favour and stay clear.

Absolutely shocked with the service and lack of professionalism, would give 0 stars but had to mark 1 to post this. Ordered something and paid extra for an evening delivery slot between 6-10pm, the delivery did not arrive and the driver updated saying no one home. I was sat in front of the window and no attempt to delivery my package was made. Citysprint said they would re-deliver with an unprofessional email and no updates on tracking service and again no delivery. I?m absolutely shocked and would not use this company as a trusted courier service.

Booked weeks in advance to collect items for the evening of our wedding. Checked in with them near to the time to ensure all was ok with the booking.On the day, didn?t bother turning up and just cancelled saying they were busy. Left me having to make calls during the wedding reception to get one of their competitors to do it instead. No advance notice.Complained afterwards and they blamed me for not letting them know it was important. Pathetic. Clearly just accept all bookings and then decide if they want to bother turning up or not / don?t bother checking if they have capacity to do it. Can?t be trusted.

I can see from the previous reviews that delivery drivers lying about attempting to deliver items is common practice at CitySprint. They claim to have tried to deliver but ?no answer? but leave no delivery card as proof. After staying in all day and waiting by the door (the delivery window was 6-10pm) suddenly at 10.02pm I get an email to say delivery was attempted but no answer. It?s ridiculous! Still no reply or update to my complaint via email. Luckily ASOS have sent me a refund for the delivery fee, as for my item, still waiting to find out where exactly it is!

These people are clueless, I ordered next day delivery and still don't have my parcel two days later. This parcel is crucial as it's for a wedding and I explained this to them on the phone yet they still don't want to deliver to my door. They don't even have any option to contact the delivery driver or parcel options to leave them outside the door.
