Really pleased store got DPD courier service and Amazon service and all staff are very friendly however they got always less stuff feel sorry for them as they are working like headless chicken .

I use this store an awful lot sadly it is plagued by shop lifters on a daily basis ... Often the reason for the empty shelves, it is however also chronically understaffed although all the staff are polite and helpful it can often be seen that there are just not enough people to cope with the duties ... Deliveries, Manning Tills, constantly restocking, ensuring security, all of which is alongside normal retail practice, which is nigh on impossible with the amount of staff available, those that I have interacted with seem to be very pressured...I would like to address other reviews concerning staff being on their phones, in my experience these are not personal phones but handheld devices for completing deliveries or for restocking .... Yes the store does have its problems, theft, understaffing etc.Having said all of this I for one would be lost without this store on my doorstep ...Maybe a little more understanding, information and patience is needed from its community...

Decent sized shop and lots of self-service check out tills. Pretty decent range of products but there is definitely an issue with stock availability, with shelves bare sometimes. Customer service is okay but could definitely be improved, more friendly

Average review score seems unfair. Decent enough Co-op with a good selection of the usual items and plenty of marked down food nearing sell-by date. The fresh bakery could be better stocked but there is usually something available. The store is a collection point for courier services, which means staff are often juggling commitments, but I go there a lot and no-one has ever been unfriendly.

Shelves very badly stocked. Seems like the store management feel absolutely no obligation to make the place functional. A couple boxes of eggs for the day, and that?s it, once it?s gone, there is no replacement. Hoping it gets replaced by a more competent business.

There is no stock in that shop. Shelves are always empty. I haven?t seen eggs in ages. Vegetables and fruits are rarely there. Most of the products that are there are overpriced.

Meant to open at 6am. Still closed at 06:20. Staff generally uninterested. Self service checkouts left to flash red, when you ask someone to help they often look put out. Once asked a shelf stacker to help the lady on front desk and replied that?s not my job. Always replenishing stock, but shelves always empty. A poorly managed store.

This shop NEVER answers its phone. Even there own head office not get them on the phone.Customer Services are sending a courier to tell them to call Customer Services: that?s how good it is!!!

Unprofecional, lazy staff. Nobody do they work, staff always on phones scrolling/talking to someone. Mean to customers.NEVER EVER GO THERE!!!
