They didn't take back what I bought from them, though the rules written on the receipt said they should.

This business hired me when I was a student to work in the Brighton branch, which has now unsurprisingly closed. The store manager (woman with dark hair, who told everyone she didn?t like the taste of water) hired me as a store assistant, but instead I was made to constantly clean the shop (a lot of mirror & glass shelving) and iron their cotton percale sheets for minimum wage. When a difficult situation arose with a customer - quite often people try to give back soiled sheets and get a refund because the cotton ?wasn?t soft enough? - she blamed me for the fact that this woman would not leave the shop until she got a refund. A great example of a leader actively supporting their team. Working here was a pretty horrible experience and I really hope the treatment, especially of younger staff is better than what I experienced.

I am a big fan of Cologne and Cotton and always buy an item in their sale and this time I added a silk pillowcase! Fabulous linens, including children's toys and toiletries.

A lovely and friendly team based at Fulham and such a beautiful shop. Both Kensington and Marylebone are equally as beautiful and have very friendly and helpful teams

Beautiful shop - and a brilliant place to go for blankets for new babies (among other things...)

There is only one word for Cologne and Cotton...decadent! When I entered the shop the smells made me want to buy up all the bubble bath and run home and soak in the tube. I didn't just want the bubble bath; I wanted the cotton sheets, the robes, and even this incredible desk! And yes, all of it was for sale. I did fall in love with desk, it was really a dressing table, very delicate with a mirror, it would be perfect for any woman's bedroom, especially if you like to sit in front of a mirror and slowly get ready. The shop is on the expensive side but not crazily so. The robes were in the £50-£60 range and the pjs a little less (the dressing table about £565). I have to admit, I could sit around in those pjs all day. I loved Cologne and Cotton and am sure I'll spend lots of hard earned money in this shop so I can have a little bit of decadence at home.
