I normally have a nice experience in Costa but got a coffee before work here yesterday morning and had a terrible experience. I was served by a blonde haired woman who greeted everyone apart from me and for some reason was very rude to me as well. Was waiting for almost 10 minutes for my coffee and she could see I was waiting as I was at the front of the queue on the side but tried to give my order to a gentlemen behind me twice? safe to say I won?t be visiting again

The staff were friendly but there is no working wifi (even though it?s advertised on the door) and the toilet is out of order. Impossible to work here.
